Clean, central and great vaule for money. Eat at Mapa Verde!

Centrally located in the Gros district, walking distance from the train station. It was perfect for a short business stay and easy to navigate the city by foot. There was a FANTASTIC lunch restaurant across the street (called Mapa Verde) that I would highly recommend. Easy check-in and check-out. would recommend!

Great value stay in luxurious San Sebastian

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The room was great, lots of light and a short walk from the surf beach (about 9 minutes) and a good walk from the main beach (about 15 minutes). The front desk was very helpful with our questions about the bus station, even after we had checked-out of the hotel. We had complimentary waters and pop in our fridge which was also a treat, as well as complimentary coffee every morning on the floor. Easily accessible (off one of the main bridges). We had keycodes instead of keys which made it much more convenient going to the beach (no card to worry about losing).

The beds were not amazing but the black out curtains and working AC compensated for it. We still managed a good nights rest. The main thing about the bed is that they did not have proper douvet covers, but rather two sheets that they put the duvet inside of.

Well priced, modern accommodation in a nice area.

They fill up the mini fridge will drinks every day. Coffee machine in the bedroom corridor.

Good and affordable option if you can deal with traffic at night

Nicely decorated room. Nice and comfortable bed. Great location. Free soft drinks and water in room. Friendly staff in reception (08-16). Free coffee and tea. Price.

The bathroom was not clean. Mildew in shower. The room was too noisy ( traffic ) for a good nights sleep, which is the basic service a hotel should provide.

Lovely hotel in amazing place

Loved the drinks station in the corridor so I could get proper coffee and tea whenever I wanted. Location is brilliant. I wish I stayed for longer.

Boutique hotel with all the essencials and daily room service. The self check-in helps and no reception helps to keep ra

tea and coffee facilities. Free water and soft drinks. was also able to keep some food in comunal fridge. nice lounge with tables to sit down for food and drinks

the room was cold on first night. no central heating but then manager explained I could put the hot air con on manually which I did whenever needed. And room was warm

Excellent stay in good location

Recommended!

The welcome was very nice. The guy spoke English so we didn’t miss out on any information. The hotel is beautiful, modern and the atmosphere feels welcoming. The room was clean, exactly as on the pictures. Nice common room with provided tea, coffee and drinks in the fridge.

The street is very loud so it is not really possible to sleep with an open window. It is important to expect this but one can turn an eye on this.

That it had kitchen area with free beverages, the bathroom was really good with nice toiletries vegan products.

At first we didn’t know how to turn on the lights because in our country is different. But we fin it like in 5 minutes jaja

Well located and pleasant

Well located hotel to visit San Sebastián. The free bottle of water, coffee and drinks are plus. Room are clean and stuffs are really nice. A very pleasant accommodation.

It needs minor refurnishing to keep its glory. A bit expensive like other accommodations in San Sebastián, but it is a two start hotel. There is not food service, although there are numerous options around the hotel.

Highly recomended in San Sebastian

Perfectly located near the old town and Zurriola beach, bars and restaurants are very colse. Spacious and cozy rooms. Drinks, coffee and tea offered to the guests.

Bathroom needs a little renovation but everything was clean and worked well.
