Downtown Delight

I think what makes this place special is - the staff! All very kind, helpful, welcoming and very professional - location, it’s downtown & east to move around and get transport - room is well designed, good in size, clean and well equipped.

- Pillows can be slimmer for those who require less bulky and fluffy pillows.

Calm and comfy stay with a great price

Room was well equipped and modern Room is Clean and neat Parking available Very friendly and helpful staff Location is good for downtown walks and touring Calm for good sleep

Nothing! Everything was good! Perhaps only a way forward is to have pillow options for those that need softer flatter pillows.

Hôtel avec un bon niveau de service et un très bon accueil

Bon accueil, personnes serviables, chambres propres, installations très correctes (dans un cadre professionnel). L'hôtel fait appel à un service de taxi pour les navettes aéroport

Suggestion : travailler avec certains taxis pour les trajets en ville pourrait être utile (car il est compliqué quelquefois d'avoir des taxis à l'heure dite)

amabilité et attention du personnel exceptionnelle. 5* pour Mr Zamri ! verre de bienvenue + cadeau bienvenu trés apprécié. 5min de l'aéroport.

propreté salle de bain à améliorer. menus restaurant pas très recherchés mais acceptables. pas de piscine.

Great place to stay in Tunis

Hotel is well maintained, and the property is nicely renovated. My room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. I liked having a coffee pot in the room. Best part of the stay is the staff, all of whom are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Ramzi was a great help when I needed anything.

Decent stay in Tunis

Staff was really nice at the hotel - they answered all of our questions during the stay and even arranged us a different room when we asked (the first one did not have the bed configuration that we wanted).

Location was not the best, but since taxis are cheap in the city, it was not a big problem. We also had a leaking shower. But the biggest issue was the breakfast - it really lacked more variety, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be a 4 star accommodation.

Enjoyable Stay

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, which is always a positive aspect of any accommodation. Considering the reasonable price, I found the amenities and services provided to be of great quality. In particular, the availability of a small gym was a nice touch. The terrace on the top of the building was a great spot to relax.

One slight drawback was the view from my room. Unfortunately, it faced another building, which limited the scenic aspect of my stay. It did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Ambitiously supportive and polite staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast. Real value for money. Very highly recommended. No doubt I will stay at this facility again next time in Tunis. Inshallah!

Nice hotel within walking distance of many attractions

The staff were excellent - polite, friendly, kind, and considerate. Breakfast was very good - plenty options, all good quality.

We're aware it's not a non-smoking hotel, but even on our non-smoking floor, the smell of smoke seeped into our room. A larger problem for some.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay

Very nice place, spacious room, bathroom + facilities were great. Very clean. Check-in was smooth and reception very welcoming. Nice welcome drink. Rania was extra friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a pretty good choice and delicious.

The family suite could do with a bit of upgrade and repainting, to brighten and spice it up a bit.

WONDERFUL TEAM & HOTEL

Mr. Mohamed (hotel manager) and his team are wonderful people. They are really great, professional and do more than what is requested from them. I was heavily sick during my stay and the hotel team was like my family; they extremely took care of me and they got me doctor and medicines. The only hotel that I will stay in whenever ever I visit Tunisia is this hotel. Words are not enough to thank this team and hotel... you were so good with me...I really appreciate it and sincerely thank you from my heart. I wish you success and healthy life

Great stay in Carthage

This hotel is fairly close tot the airport. Not a long drive to all the sites of Carthage. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us a nice gift at the end of our stay. There was always a parking spot in front, and staff stopped traffic to help us easily leave our parking spot. The breakfast was good!

Like most places in Tunisia, the bar allowed smoking. But the smoke smell was well contained to the bar area, the rest of the hotel was smoke free!

Cozy hotel and Warm staff in Tunisia

A cozy hotel very well located, the facilities are new and well cared, everything clean and properly. The staff are polite and attentive, they asked me about the room and if i needed anything else after the arrival. Great value for money, no doubt i will repeat!
