COMODIDAD CENTRICA .

Laregadera del baño inclreible , el agua caliente ,muy limpio ,el cuarto amplio ,aire acondicionado excelente ,los acabados y la decoracion muy linda , sin duda regresaria , el personal de recepcion muy amables en la tarde ,noche y el turno de la mañana tambien muy serviciales .

no encotramos el estacionamiento y regresamos dos veces a preguntar a recepcion donde era, un poco lejos para adultos mayores.

Too expensive compared to what you get. It’s an ok place and location is great!

The location is perfect. Close to ado bus and centro, but still quiet in the rooms. The hotel looks beautiful with the colors and staff were nice.

Didn’t get the room that I payed for on booking, talked to a guy in reception who didn’t know anything about it and rest of personal didn’t speak good English, so I just didn’t bother to go further with it. Power went off 3 times during my 4 days, once in the middle of the night and my room had NO WINDOWS?! So it was really hot. It said that I would have pool view, but I think I had the only room with no windows and located behind the stairs in front of the pool.. The door was old and thin and kids in the pool was yelling and screaming a lot, felt like they were in my room.. The pool was colder than the cenotes and not the cleanest, so I used the outdoor shower more than the pools My bathroom didn’t have windows either or any kind of ventilation so it would get humid and towels, swimsuits etc had a hard time drying. There was a bad smell from the drainage in the sink and the one in the bath had to be cleaned, cause I was standing in water for my whole stay. The tour prices seems good, but gets quite expensive compared to the price they show, because it’s not included with entry fees. It also said 8am - 7pm, we were back at 5/5.30 pm and didn’t go to the hacienda as the brochure said we should - because we “didn’t have time”. I got disappointed with the place, but it didn’t ruin my vacation. The city is great and I can’t complain about the location.

BUENA UBICACION

la cercania tanto del ado como del trámite que iba a realizar

la primer habitación que me dieron realmente fea, incómoda, obscura, soy una persona de la tercera edad y tuve que subir por una escalera de caracol.. los pisos de la habitación se me hacen resbalosos sobre todo la regadera, no tiene agarraderas, no hay plancha ni secadora de pelo.. pero para una noche de rapidito está bien.. sin embargo el personal muy atento y con toda la disposición

Ok smell was unbearable but could close door.

Good location quiet and great little restaurant.

It has so much potential but seems like it was opened before it was finished. No hooks for towel or toilet paper roll holder. And a terrible sewer smell in bathroom. No where to hang clothes. Needs to work on a few things then it will be nice.

Le top à prix très raisonnable.

Le confort de la literie, la chambre très grande où il ne manque rien dans une superbe maison coloniale superbement aménagée. Tableaux, mosaïques, végétation, tout est beau. L'emplacement parfait entre le centre et la gare ADO. Proche à pied de tout. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Hotel parfait pour les voyageurs individuels.

La personne qui accueille les clients pourrait être plus aimable. Sinon tout était parfait!

Overall, good value.

Architecture is outstanding & location is great for sightseeing in Merida & to Progreso. Good that there is a restaurant onsite.

Me cambiaron la habitación horas antes de llegar y acepté porque ya no había hoteles disponibles en el centro. El agua del lavabo y la regadera olían mal, al igual q la coladera.

Buen hotel para conocer otra parte de la ciudad de Mérida, excelente diseño y ambientación

Me gusto el diseño y la decoración que te daban tranquilidad para relajarte y disfrutar la tarde o la noche, además que la alberca estaba de buen tamaño y no hubo gente para poder nadar tranquilamente

El estacionamiento está a tres cuadras y el horario de apertura era a partir de las 8, no había desayuno pero afortunadamente había un café en la esquina muy acogedor. La luz en la habitación era escasa y faltaba que se ventilara el baño

Este hotel está en booking catalogado como 5 estrellas pero no cumple ni con 3. La habitación superior q nos dieron tenía un fuerte olor a húmedo. Nos cambiaron a otra que estaba mejor pero tenía también el mismo problema. La nevera hacía un fuertísimo ruido y tuvimos q desconectarla ya q no se podía dormir así. La cama estaba equipada con una sabana solamente, pasamos mucho frío. La ducha se inundó cuando abrimos el agua, parecía una bañera más q una ducha. El chico de la recepción no quiso ayudar y simplemente nos dijo que era un hotel 3 estrellas y no 5, sin más explicaciones. La recepcionista de por la mañana nos desilusionó al saber que dijo haber organizado una excursión cuando no ha sido así. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL EN ABSOLUTO Y QUISIERA DENUNCIAR LAS 5 ESTRELLAS YA QUE ES ENGAÑOSO.

Que me atendieron a las 12 de la noche, claro me pidieron pagar antes pero al menos me atendieron.

La habitación 23: la cama dura, el clima toda la noche tronaba horrible (no nos dejo dormir), la regadera! Lo peor suena como si se estuviera rompiendo con un taladro la pared! O sale muy caliente o muy fría el agua, nunca llegue al punto medio. El piso de madera se levantaba, la habitación tiene un olor a viejo. La zona de noche mucho borracho tirado en las calles.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great coffee.

Our room was super spacious (king room) and the hotel looks beautiful, you can clearly see it is very well maintained! It was also very quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the coffee in the café is delicious and not at all expensive.

La connessione internet in camera era assente, solo prendeva quando si usciva dalla stanza, in caso in cui dovete mandare delle email o avete bisogno di internet, vi dico che non è il massimo!

El color del hotel. Para ese tipo de edificio un color blanco o beig o gris claro iria mejor. Muy feo el baño. Aunque grande. Y los muebles sucios y viejos.

Ubicación y comodidad excelente. La habitación olía exageradamente a humedad

El alojamiento disponía de todo lo necesario. La ubicación era simplemente genial. Muy cómodo y bien aislado del ruido.

El olor a humedad era exagerado. Nuestra habitación carecía de ventana o sistemas internos de ventilación. Cada vez que entrábamos teníamos que tener la puerta un buen rato abierta para disimular el olor a humedad. Por otro lado, el WiFi no llegaba prácticamente a la habitación y, cuando llegaba, se desconectaba. No es un servicio esencial pero, en los momentos en los que vivimos, creemos que deberían mejorarlo.

NO LO RECOMENDARIA

Lo unico destacable es su cercania con el CAS

Reservé con mucha anticipación una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales y pocas horas antes de mi llegada me avisaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles de ese tipo. Ya no podía cancelar, así que tuve que aceptar una habitación con cama king size. El WC se quedó sin agua por atascamiento de la tubería y no hubo personal de mantenimiento para repararlo al momento, sólo hasta el día siguiente. Lo anuncian con estacionamiento, pero el estacionamiento está lejos del hotel y hay que dar un rodeo de 500m con el vehículo para llegar a guardarlo. Además, antes de las 8 de la mañana o después de las 8 de la noche y todo el día domingo, no hay quien atienda el estacionamiento y hay que ir a avisar al hotel para que envíen un empleado a abrir.

La ubicación del CAS, ya que está bastante cerca del mismo y además esta cerca del zócalo

Otelin atmosferi beklentimizin oldukca altinda kaldi. Fotograflarda cok daha iyi gorunuyordu. Personel hic guler yuzlu degildi. Ayni zamanda inanilmaz gurultu geliyordu. Eger alt kattaki odalardan birisinde kalacaksaniz gurultuye kendinizi alistirin. Banyo'daki su asiri az akiyordu ve isinmasi icin beklemeniz gerekiyor.

Stay somewhere else…

Really disappointing hotel. Looks nice from the pictures but when you get there they lead you to the back section which is just a run down motel painted lavender. Bed was rock hard, room smelt musty and there was a lack of basic amenities like water and cups. They changed our room with no explanation at the last minute and every morning we woke up to loud trollies from the floor above is from 7am. The pool is badly laid out and average. We stayed at Villa Merida Boutique before this which was actually amazing, stay there instead!

Lovely building in the heart of Merida

Amazing property. Absolutely stunning inside and the rooms are huge. Pool is lovely to cool off and well maintained. Great location to get into the centre and super close to ADO bus station. The bed a was massive, my partner and I could spend the whole night without touching.

WiFi was very unreliable, unable to do any work while working remotely. Also, our room had windows into the main reception area without any blinds/curtains and so the light came in all night, very frustrating if you need darkness to sleep like I do.
