Muy buena opción

Limpieza y ubicación. Fácil acceso a los buses que van a Zona Hotelera/ADO etc. Y muy cerca del Ferry a Isla Mujeres

Please Please do not consider this property for your stay as they are absolute frauds and cheaters

They are frauds and cheaters. One old man who remains on the duty at the reception as a receptionist is an absolute lier and cheater. This man told me at the end of my initial two days of stay that I cannot get the invoice for my stay even without giving me any suitable reason for the same. He was trying to convey me that this property owner is his boss and they can do whatever they want here. If they do not want to give the invoice than they will not give it, do whatever you can do. They have charged so many kind of taxes and all of this money is going in their own pocket instead of going into the pocket of the government of their country as they are not showing any records of charging their customers with all these taxes and not providing their customers with the invoice showing the taxes charged. They are cheating with their customers and with their government simultaneously. Room was absolutely pathetic with a leaking toilet seat and a leaking sink. One of the light out of two lights in the room was not working. There was no stand/ space in the shower area to keep the soap, shampoo or other shower accessories. There was no soundproofing in the room as one can easily hear the sounds from the other adjacent rooms. There was nothing at the name of room service. None of the staff knows any other language including English other than Spanish. The water from the swimming pool was always overflowing so one has to pass through a wet floor whenever going outside. There is no elevator or lift in the property so one has to take their bags to the room on their own depending on the floor provided. Property is located on the main road so one can hear all the traffic buzz from outside. Overall there are several other things which can be pointed out but the property is overall a waste and not all worth considering for stay.

Great value for money for a one night stay

We only stayed for one night as we landed in cancun but used the pool in the morning which was fab. Aircon in room was also fab.

Slightly outdated, but not a problem at all as the room was clean, aircon was great and loved the pool. The outside roads of the hotel are a bit less built up but we didn’t leave the hotel during our stay so not a major problem.

Buena relacion precio calidad.

El precio era barato, las camas eran comodas, el aire acondicionado era buena, estaba limpio

La ducha sale fria, nos quejamos y no resolvieron. No tienen toallas de mano. No hay ascensor. Poca informacion turistica en recepcion

Only stay if 100% necessary and need to get to the port

Close to the port.

Arrived late at night. The receptionist checked us in which was kind. However, our room was on the other side of the complex from the reception. There was tonnes of noise from neighbouring rooms in the middle of the night, shouting and blasting music.

The front desk staff didn't knew English. They could use a lesson in customer service as well. No common kitchen or coffee maker in the room.

Very good except no luggage storage

Nice, clean ,very calm. Good interior, nice staff

No luggage storage shortly before or shortly after stay. Arrived an hour early and couldn't go out for a walk but instead stayed with luggage in lobby.

It does not look like the pictures. There was a very loud noise all night and we could hardly sleep. The bathroom was very outdated.

Don't like getting charged extra. The app I booked on clearly stated price for 2 people but they wanted more money to have a friend over for 1 hour since I booked it for one person. Oh also the pool which was the biggest draw was under construction.....

Never again.

The lady receptionists and the night male receptionist were helpful and tried their best to communicate with us and to accommodate us.

The surroundings of this hotel are very noisy! The traffic could be heard clearly in the room at ANY time of the day and night. On top of that certain guests would be incredibly inconsiderate by shouting (talking on their phone or with other people) at inappropriate hours(2, 3am), banging in the walls, volume up on the T.V. A delight at 2am when I'm trying to sleep. The 1st night our room was ground floor and I didn't sleep a wink! I went to the reception to ask to be moved. The day receptionist, a rude man who felt the need to correct our Spanish when he didn't even bother to communicate with us in any other language, (why do you allow international guests??) complained to the housekeeping lady in front of us that noise is not a reason to change rooms (we understand Spanish but can't speak properly). We have been moved, which helped a little. Then our new room had no water. Then the water came but it was cold.

unpleasant staff. room was fine

room was good - nice restaurants close by

staff didn’t respond, didn’t speak a word of English (I speak some Spanish though). asked her to make a phone call and after ignoring me she showed me her google translate asking for money to make one call in Mexico. I thought that was rude and not what I expect of a “4 star hotel”. pool was closed for maintenance.
