Location

Front desk staff were extremely rude. Booked a large suite for my daughters wedding for the girls to get ready in , the room was too small not what was shown when I booked , when I called front desk I was told this is the room I booked and there were no other rooms available as they were at full capacity. Same scripted answer I received the day before when I called confirm the early checkin I had previously booked and bad for including the additional fee to check in early . Hotel staff deactivated our keys and were told we couldn’t have people coming or going or let ppl access the room so the photographer and family members had to wait for someone to get them . The bride and groom experienced the same rudeness from the front desk staff upon check out. Floor in hallway was dirty and so were carpets. Would not pick this hotel again or recommend for a wedding.

Great location. Smells were really good, and the beds were very comfortable Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Carpets were a little dirty.

central location

there is no valet or area to unload your car. they make you park in the parking garage and then take the trolley up and down elevator and through the narrow stair hall to the parking. also the hotel doesn’t have street access. it’s only through the mall

pillows were terrible, super soft and had to be rolled up with decor pillows to prop them up and sheets were full of hair.

The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable

We were told to park at the EV area by the lot attendant.. we received a warning for parking there. Thankfully, it's not a ticket. Didn't love having to pay for parking? But rralize that's downtown requirements in Edmonton.

Excellent room, comfortable bed and great location

Would definitely stay here again. The room was huge and so nice. Even the hallways are very wide. The best location and good value for being close to Rogers Place with easy parking.

Only one elevator was working but still wasn't too long of a wait.

the location

Had an incident with staff that I did not appreciate and thought was handed very poorly. Additionally, my suite did not have a window to the outside, so I didn't see the sun for two days. Parking was mentioned that it is included, but I had to pay an extra $70 for two days of parking!

Our stay was pretty good the hotel was decent location is good

The hotel was clean and quiet the room was large so that was great

Lack of signs around to tell you where the entrances were lack of parking for the hotel instead you use the mall parking lot which was full of junkies from downtown and the cost was astronomical for parking

Bed was super comfortable, Gracey at the front desk was delightful :]

Area is a little sketchy but that just comes from being so central downtown. Nothing the hotel can do but that being said - there are great safety measures in place!!
