We loved the location, staff was great, check in and out was speedy, great breakfast and had Gluten Free. Coffee was excellent Blue was great and a comfortable bed plus it was quiet at night for sleeping. Great atmosphere.
Decaf coffee in rooms with the reg coffee would be great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite good continental breakfast provide. Room clean and adequate facilities in room.
Why does every hotel have to use duvets on the beds, especially during the summer months?

Good choice of breakfast items, friendly room to dine in. Staff eager to help and welcoming,
plenty of parking and a very pleasant 15 minute walk into town.
nothing we didn't like

Close to main streets.
It’s a little dated and needs a refresh.

Lovely room, comfy and clean, small gym.
Check in was not made easy.
Slightly more breakfast options would have improved.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Staff helpful and friendly. Tables cleaned fast. Even the shower heads were awesome. At the front desk, Lady was super nice and helpful. Answered our questions. Liked the free parking at the hotel, no trouble finding a parking spot. You have Culligan drinking water so we didn't have to buy bottled water. Lady at the front desk offered to get our water for us if we wanted. It was only down on the next floor, not long walk. It was very nice of her to offer. Cookies were a nice touch. House cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful also. They walked to the front desk and gave us a copy of our bill and took our key cards when we left. I didn't realize we could have done express check out but no waiting . Quick checkout. It has a friendly, cozy, laid back feel. Definitely would stay there again if I go to Niagara-on-the-lake. Close to The Sand Pit restaurant which is a great place to eat. Ate our lunches and dinners there.
Nothing.

Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast
We called 2 times to arrange payment for a room to be occupied by our guests. Your staff would not do this for us. We did not want a charge put on their credit card. Our guests paid IN CASH for the entirety of the room and we are very upset that your staff let this happen after assuring us it wouldn’t. We were more than willing to give our credit card information over the phone to pay for this room and you wouldn’t do this- said we would have to drive down and do this IN PERSON. What is the difference????Very angry and disappointed about this.

Amazing, friendly staff, in particular the lady serving breakfast! Really good hotel for a night in NOTL.
Renovations were ongoing during our stay, they started quite early so it was noisy.

The breakfast was delicious, only thing missing perhaps some bacon or sausage . Therapy in the kitchen was very sweet and friendly
We also got to check in early so we could get ready to attend a wedding.
Wish there was a swimming pool.

Stuff was nice, breakfast choices were quite good, parking was directly in front of side entrance. There was grocery shop and Tim Hortons restaurant within 2 min walking distance. Hotel has an EV charger as well as Tesla charger.
There was a yellow taint on the ceiling and the bathroom sink was cracked. The Wi-Fi speed could be faster, uploading photos took quite long, but it was good enough for standard web browsing.

This place is very close to the downtown area. They offer a free breakfast as well. Typical continental. Bread, cereal yogurt. But they also have a waffle maker and you can make your own and they were delicious! The beds are roomy and comfortable. It’s also right beside a fairly decent restaurant.
My only complaint is that the fireplace in our room didn’t work. I picked the king suite for that reason so I will a little disappointed. I told the front desk and he made a note of it but no one came to check it while we were there. We were there for 3 days and I had hoped they could fix it. But they didn’t.

Location is excellent and not far from downtown. Desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is included, so good value for the money.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very accommodating (A nice lady offered me a wire hanger when I didn't have one for my suit). Very comfy stay overall!
My next door neighbours were the worst but that isn't the fault of BW.

The Breakfasts were good , the hostess Leeda was very nice and personable with an incredible servant attitude. Made our stay memorable and looked forward to seeing her each morning. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but a little small but with all amenities still good value . This place would certainly be an option if we returned
The rooms were a little small but still acceptable It wouldn’t deture us from staying again we were on the main floor We are a little older so not sure how well it would have worked if we were placied on 2 or 3 floor

It was a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of the breakfast room was amazing - friendly, helpful, welcoming and very efficient. The breakfast was very good - lots of options and healthy protein choices. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure.
The building is obviously being renovated and there were areas in the stairwells where materials and machines had been piled for storage. It was not a physical issue, it just took away from the aesthetics of the building.

The breakfast was sufficient for us. I would say it was especially good if you didn't have dietary needs. My husband is intolerant to wheat so we brought his own bread and we were able to use the toaster. There were eggs, warm egg bites and yogurts, so plenty enough for him to eat outside of the pastries, breads and muffins.
We'd gone away to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was a lovely surprise to walk in to our room and see sparkling wine, two champagne flutes and a Happy Anniversary note (typed out by a staff member) as a gift from our daughter. She said the guy she'd spoken to was very nice and very accommodating to her request :)
The location was good, not far into town and would be a reasonable walk on a nice day but as we were there on the coldest weekend of the year (polar vortex in Feb!) we drove. We found the parking to be expensive for a very short period of time and the meter only takes cash or scan on phone so be prepared if you decide to park along the high street. We didn't expect too much as it was the dead of winter, and therefore not too much was open, but we can imagine how an historic town in the middle of summer with lots of people around would be. It's a really beautiful location
If you go down to Niagara Falls, take the Niagara River Parkway. It's beautiful.
The only (small) downside was the location of our room. It appeared to be above the Breakfast Room and we were woken both nights at around 4am by what sounded like chairs being scraped on the tile floor. Not too much of an issue as we did get back off to sleep but could be disturbing for some.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great cookies upon check in. Exactly what we were looking for, a clean place to sleep during a conference at a good price.
Bed was a little lumpy, general amenities were good but are becoming outdated.

Great location for the price, super close to downtown. Breakfast was really good and overall great value. Room was clean and quiet, didn’t really hear any noise from the other rooms and very little from the hall. I would stay again for any future visits

Liked most everything except we couldn't get the ground floor

the staff was super nice, the room very clean and quite big, good price
the bathroom sink was not in a very comfortable position
4.5 / 5.0
Great location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.
It is an older hotel so you can hear everything between the rooms. which made it uncomfortable to turn up the tv, shower late and or even chat hoping no one hears you. Because you can literally hear everything.
