Definitely will return and recommend to friends and family.

Hosts were cordial and friendly, but not overbearing. They gave guidance on where to park, places to go, and local products. The breakfasts were delicious and enough to hold us over to dinner. Started with fresh fruit, yogurt and homemade granola, OJ, and different fresh baked goods every morning (croissants, blueberry muffins, scones) with local jams. Followed up with hot food - omelet, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, smoked salmon, potato pancakes - something different every day. Open to accommodating food allergies or preferences. Quiet neighborhood and off street parking. Very clean, comfortable room.

Some guests might be put off that you are in the owners' home and share living spaces (entry, yard, sitting room) with them. We enjoyed their company, and had ample privacy and space to relax in our room with ensuite bathroom.

Wonderful weekend away :)

Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable. Located in a great spot, it was easy to get to the old town. Daina (and her family) were so warm and welcoming, and breakfast x2 was delicious! The cherry on top to our stay was the sweet resident cat Mabel. Would 100% recommend this B&B and hope to return again in the near future. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The Cherry on the Sundae

The hosts Daina, Heinz, James, and the cat, Mabel, all chipped in and were exceptional hosts. It was our first time at a b&b, and we were unsure how it would be. The whole experience were the hosts personified: generous, thoughtful, relaxed, kind, open, and full of heart. We were at ease straight away, and it only got more comfortable from there. The breakfasts were filled with so many homemade goodies and even a bag of cookies for the journey home!

The owners are very pleasant and accommodating, and are lovely to chat with. There is a resident cat whom I adore, and would sometimes visit at night. The bed was firm enough to support and soft enough to be comfortable. Plenty of pillows, and there were extra blankets in the closet. Bathroom is modern, very clean, has good water pressure and very hot water. The toilet paper is decent 2-ply, not nasty cheap stuff. Breakfast was quite filling, and varied each day. It consisted of a variety of foods:. croissants (home made, I think), home made banana bread, berry filled muffins, back bacon, smoked salmon, waffles, apple pancakes, potato pancakes, baked apples, coffee tea, and orange juice.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Lovely b and b in NOTL

Plenty of space, lovely area, funny and friendly host who is an EXCELLENT cook. Very forthcoming and pleasant person with a clean, fun, private and tranquil environment. We will go again.... Whether Dena likes it or not ;)

I saw a small spider once and a fly or two. I mean.... It's pretty expected and definitely not a problem.

It was relaxing and I met some lovely people. Thank-you to the owners . Cedar Gables is beautiful!

-breakfasts were delicious, fresh and very healthy --the hostess was very friendly and accommodating, especially with my dietary needs -the room was very clean -the property was beautiful

I was hoping to have some relaxing baths, but there was no tub in my bathroom. I was really surprised when our hostess started clearing off the table before I was finished eating and I still had 2 hours left.

Lovely, comfortable stay with a tasty breakfast!

Lovely and comfortable. Host was very friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. The B&B is in a lovely quiet neighborhood, an easy 20 minutes walk from the centre of town.

Host went to an extra level of effort for breakfast. I have Celiac Decease and the food prepared was a terrific surprise! Although cross contamination is a risk anywhere, my experience was 5 🌟's. We booked the room with a king bed and we were able to have the bed switched to two twins to suit our needs.

Food was great! The owner was a very good cook and super friendly, room was clean and well appointed and the building was warm and comfortable

Our primary focus was to enjoy Niagra on the lake and as the BnB was a few km from downtown a car was necessary unless you like a 20 minute walk...

Absolutely adorable resort , very family oriented, with excellent customer oriented staff and with all you need. Our kids loved it too and we are looking forward to come back. We already booked 2 more stays there.

This place is so adorable and cozy. Daina could not have been more kind, welcoming and helpful with great tips for wineries, restaurants and activities in the area. To top it off her breakfasts each morning were above and beyond delicious. I hope we can come back and would 100% stay here again.

Truly a first class B and B experience

Breakfasts in the garden were absolutely delightful. Equivalent to any CP hotel breakfast dining experience in Canada. Location, quality of accommodation and service level provided was exceptional. Everything was excellent, our host's home and gardens, our room, our breakfast, ease of parking, and our host was wonderful. Breakfast outside surrounded by lush gardens and beautful pond was a wonderful surprise.

Excellent location; quiet yet close enough to downtown. Delicious breakfast both mornings!!!

Could have used a couple more pillows but very comfortable otherwise.
