I think it was too pricey for what we got.

great location
Rooms are showing signs of wear. The air conditioner fan was really loud and had one 3 settings: off, on and “Auto” for intermittent. The beds are squeaky.

good restaurant for travellers
the cost of having a pet should be made clear on booking.com

The hotel room was comfy & clean. Thank goodness they have a restaurant & bar as there was not much open for dinner/drinks in the vicinity and we were there on a Saturday night.

Location. Great staff
Room was a bit noisy from doors slamming (please put slow close quiet catches on the doors) and noisy pipes whenever nearby guests ran the water.
7.0
nice location, friendly staff. food was decent.
Being pet friendly is nice but when people leave their barking pets in the room when they leave was super annoying especially when sleep was interrupted.

Room was clean
I did not have hand soap in the room, and the coffee was only decaf in one of the days. I asked for a room at a higher floor and was offered a room on the 3rd floor. Also, I wish that Government rates be applied through third party booking or have a note dirrecting consumers to the hotel site.

Both front desk workers were really kind
Are room clearly was not cleaned and had empty toilet paper rolls on the holder and no hand soap. The tub was not usable. Heard housekeeper tell another cleaner that the room was not clean and to do it again for other rooms

I had the Sunday brunch and it is always really good.
Bed super comfortable
Rooms were clean
There was a consistent banging coming from where in the hotel. It was Sunday morning so I don’t believe it was construction. Could not figure out where it was coming from but it was loud enough to wake me from sleep at 7 am.When I did fall back asleep, house keeping knocked on my door at 9 am. I did not have a do not disturb but I thought that to be very early when check out is noon. I am a very light sleeper and so I only managed to get about 4 hours of undisturbed sleep between loud guests until 3 am, the banging and the house keeper. My room was at the end of the hall close to the exit stairs and could hear very clearly every time the door closed and that went on until 3 am.
These things are out of the control of the hotel but things to consider if you’re hoping to sleep well.

Location, restaurant at the hotel is really great. Love the Starbucks. Very clean. I've stayed here for years. I'm comfortable here.
The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The bathrooms could be nicer. They are getting tired looking, in need of a refresh. It's pricey.
