Very nice hotel. Lobby is very nice and so are the rooms. Modern and clean.

The breakfast offered a lot of options however the omelets' were not good at all and were offered 2 out of the 3 mornings I was there. Scrambled eggs once and they were good. Sausages were the only option for meat. Never saw bacon or ham. Disappointed to have sausages all 3 mornings. Great options for fruit, berries, yogurt, pastries and bread. Coffee was very good.

All was great but as previously mentioned having sausages only for the 3 mornings was very disappointing. My last stay had a different option of eggs and meat each day. I stayed the same days. Tuesday to Friday.

Less enjoyable due to hockey teams and no pool rules.

It was clean, comfy beds

We weren’t informed of the hockey teams staying at the property. They ding dong ditched and loudly played in the hallways. No respect, going around asking random hotel guests for vending machine money. The other biggest issue was the pool area. No towels, no rules. Kids were going absolutely nuts in there, jumping diving, yelling throwing. Toys everywhere including in the hot tubs. Was not a pleasant time to swim, and most certainly couldnt relax in the hot tub. The pool should have rules and parents should be expected to make sure the kids follow rules in the pool area.

Staff was exceptional. They were very accommodating for our family reunion. Facility was clean and close to events around town. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant place to stay while visiting family. Easy border crossing.

Excellent free breakfast. Great friendly service, especially Mary. Comfortable, basic room. Quiet. Across the street from the local mall. Blocks from the US-Canadian bridge.

The safety and security of my contents, they do not advertise that there is high theft and vandalism in the area, moving across the country with my belongings in tow this did not make me feel comfortable

Friendly service, comfy beds.location right across form mall, within walking distance to Casino.

Only one staff at front desk, made a long wait to check in. Suite had kitchenette, but no accessories. No plates or cutlery

convince and location. easy in easy out.

There was one staff member who was outstanding. Her name is Gillian. Her professional personality is second to none. My wife and I stay in at least 12 hotels a year. She went out of her way not only the help us but explain pool times, breakfast times and where the ice and vending machines where. Great job and Thanks

After checking in I was told to bring all my valuable items into the hotel that vehicles in that area were targeted due to location of hotel in the downtown area.

Perfect location and good amenities

Loved the location. Right by the waterfront, across the street from a mall. Near several restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the Agawa train station. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast had lots of choices, from hot and cold cereal to toast and a pastry choice to eggs, sausage and bacon plus waffles.

My only complaints were there was no hotel manual or stationary in the room, breakfast could be a little chaotic and the fruit choices were sub par.
