A beautiful setting

Great location within Waterton, clean, updated & comfortable.

I was expecting the lodge to be a bit overpriced for what we paid, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were. The room looked like it had been recently remodeled, and I was very pleased with our stay. Great water pressure for the shower, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a nice little balcony. The restaurant was actually a good value for the money, too, and since we were guests of the lodge, we also got 10% off our meals.

The recreation center, pool & sauna were all closed because they were being redone.

Waterton luxury

The room was large, bed was comfortable. Room had everything, gas fireplace, oversize tub, separate shower. As well as more common microwave, fridge, wi-fi and cable. Very complete.

Resort was a bit challenging to find, signage was scarce. Exterior Stairways to 2nd floor rooms were metal type. 2nd floor rooms not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The door is hard to lock and unlock. Sometimes the shower water temp is a bit hard to adjust.

False advertisement

The location was beautiful the restaurant was amazing

The staff were very unknowledgeable When it came to a lot of things. All the amenities were closed when on the website and booking.com said that the pool and gym and hot tub were available. Front desk were fairly Rude And very stand office when entering the building or having question. Super disappointed and a lot from the hotel And staff

I notice an insect from dog on one of the bed, and one crawl to my daughter's head after we left the room not sure if that was from our room.
