Clean, simple motel with good WiFi.

This was a clean,simple hotel. The room was quiet and the WiFi was good.

This is an older hotel that could use some general updates. Possibly more outlets being one of them.

It was a great stay. We will definitely come back. Just one thing though, they didn’t provide us with the wifi password

Has a pool, we have a toddler that loves it. Accessible to fast food chains. Easy to navigate.

Good value for money when visiting Waterton Lakes National Park.

The wifi was fast. The shower was quite powerful.

The room was in the basement, so no view and little natural light.

Pleasant

It was probably the only motel in town that was halfway decent. The staff was excellent. It was good for a quick one way stop before going S to Montana.

Disappointing

When we were initially given our room in the basement, it smelled either like urine or someone had been cooking fish; disgusting. I asked the lady at the counter if we could change rooms and she said the hotel was fully booked. A while later, a male employee was working the desk and I asked the same question and we were able to move to a different room. There was no coffee machines in the rooms and although we were told there would be coffee at the front desk, when we went to get some, it was cold and must have been made the night before. There is an A&W next door for coffee and breakfast.

Clean and comfortable place to stay with very nice staff.

Staff was accommodating of our late arrival and super friendly.

The heater in the room was exceedingly loud.

What breakfast? There wasn't even any coffee...

There could have been some hand lotion, hair conditioner, and a clean tub. There shouldn't have been any hair on the walls nor a loose sharp screw on the carpet.

They're a very understanding company with great employees. I booked with them on an app and over the phone and had to cancel, and they were understanding and I'll be using them in the future.

The Staff were helpful, kind and cheerful. the facilities on the overhand need to be updated to take away the musty smel

the pool was great for my child.

the power went over a few times over night and the lights flickered, microwave beeped. The beds were really uncomfortable and not many pillows. the hotel is obviously older and outdated.

Quiet town, perfect stopover.

Excellent staff on front desk, friendly and helpful. Rooms immaculate. Beds comfy. Bath wide and deep. Towels soft and fluffy. Easy parking. Close to food store for extra supplies.

No frills inn offering good value for money

Good value for money. Convenient location. Comfortable.

The inn was as expected. The room is basic but was all we needed for a one night stay.

As apparently the only choice in Cardston, we were happy to find a place to stay.

Good location.

Facility needs a facelift. Bedspread was stained. Bed sagged. Tub and shower need replacement or refinish. Trash both inside and outside back door was never picked up during our four night stay. It didn't feel sparkling clean, which is what we look for in a hotel.

I like nothing

The wifi is terrible, I have to use my data. The cleaness is terrible, the flies are everywhere.

Wish we had phoned for reservations rather than booking on line.

Desk staff were great.

Room could have been cleaned better, ie. we found some pills on the floor by the bed, indicating the vacuuming job was marginal.
