It was clean, room was comfortable
They lost my reservation and double charged me for my stay. They also was not helpful in giving me a refund.

The atmosphere of the hotel and the yummy food offered in the restaurant in the lobby.
The concierge during check out stored my groups luggage in such a way that it damaged and stained some of our items

The sleek and modern style of the hotel as a whole was incredibly aesthetically pleasing and made it so much fun to walk around in.
I believe the only thing I didn't like about the hotel as a whole was the small scale of the rooms. They had big beautiful windows with nice views but the main room itself felt a little cramped.

I loved the food at the tavern, staff were really nice and understanding, but the most fun was the comfortableness of the hotel room. Great view and relaxing atmosphere. Would stay at this hotel again
Well I was but disappointed I couldn’t connect my gaming system onto the tv but other than that. Not much

I like the location and the bar and restaurant
When asking the staff to help with things they would promise to come and never showed up and didn’t do anything to rectify the situation

The lobby and bar area was nice
Suites and extremely dated, toilet was installed sideways, paint was coming off the walls. Lots of closed up businesses, homeless people, and even saw some illegal heavy drug usage. this was my first time downtown. I don’t think I will be back.

Location was the main reason for booking. The bed was very comfortable, and staff was very nice and helpful
Need more valet staff, cars were wrapped around the building waiting in line to get to the valet staff. Not very safe with the busy streets of downtown Portland and Max train. Then after waiting 40 minutes for valet, we had to wait in another very long line to check-in. I requested the two rooms booked to be adjoining, and I had to ask to make sure they saw the request, but didn't appear that it was even considered. Instead our rooms were near each other. Not quite the experience we requested, even as a request at the time it was booked.

The room was comfortable love the 65" TV bed was very comfy
Could have used a robe in my room and coffee .

Great location in downtown Portland, and it’s close to cheap parking garages. The room was well laid out and comfortable, and being on the 20th floor we had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, so both of us slept really well.
The bathtub drained really slowly. Like, slow enough that when taking a shower you we’re doing so with six inches of water around your ankles. After my boyfriend got out of the shower it took and additional 10 minutes for the tub to finish draining.

The Hotel's Lobby design, Bar and Tavern was about the only thing we liked about our stay!!!
We didn't like that upon arrival it was hard finding anywhere to park to unload our luggage. It took 30 minutes to find parking. We walked about 3 blocks from where we parked to the hotel. When we got up to the front desk to check in we weren't greeted. Nobody at the front desk had a smile or welcoming look on their faces. Our total was completely wrong than what it was on booking.com. It was supposed to be a total of $230, which included free breakfast the next day ( which is $25 a person if you didn't include it with the room). Our total came out to $285. We asked why our price changed, and the male receptionist, didn't catch his name at the time, said it was a deposit fee to hold our room. Not once did we ever read before booking this room there would be an extra fee!!! We asked if the hotel had parking for their guests... Not free parking!!! It was an extra fee!! $55 extra for Valet to park your car overnight in their parking garage!! This was never listed on booking.com that there was Valet or that we would have to pay extra to have our car parked where we were staying. At this point, we were already frustrated and running behind on getting ready for our Event. The receptionist that day told us we would be refunded the $55 deposit fee after we checked out. So, we paid and then were given our room keys (which were cards) and sent on our merry way up to our room on the 14th floor. The wait for the elevators was ridiculous (about 7-10 minute wait) if you're lucky! One of the elevators was broken so there was only 3. We finally got up to our room and to our surprise, our cards did not work for our door. They gave us cards that were useless. They forgot to mention we had to use the Hilton Hotel App to unlock our room door. Which was stated on the cards. We downloaded the app real quick. The app asked for a confirmation number, so I typed that in real quick. Confirmation number was not working.
