El room service del domingo tardo 1:45 hrs y ni aunque llame a ver qué pasaba mi pedido no llegó y tuve que bajar a cancelarlo pues no hay opción de hablar con alguien de ese departamento por teléfono. Eran las 10 de la noche. Al otro día en el restaurante “nos hicieron el favor de atendernos para desayunar y nos advirtió el mesero que teníamos 5 minutos para pedir, además nos sentaron en una mesa fuera del restaurante.

It was nice and relaxing. Convenient location to what we had planned to do.

Used the quick service bar to get cereal and muffin. It was fine.

The room hallways could use better lighting and the need to have lightweight robes in the rooms for guests. Also a makeup washcloth should be provided, so you don't have to use a white washcloth.

Could have been better

Location was great, sevice by most of the staff was fantastic

Upon checking in the lady didn't give us a run down of the facilities or even the operating times, or where the restaurant is, the elevator didn't have a directory on what level the facilities are. This is the only hotel that I've stayed at that you need to pay for wifi unless you're a member of the hotel chain.

Staff amazing, location great, hotel horrible.

The location and staff

No heavenly bed as per Westin standard. There was a makeshift mattress cover. We were given a room with a city view, but couldn’t see much out of the dirty windows. The toilet in the room was like a public toilet, with the plumbing exposed. No fan in the bathroom! The door near the hot tub area was caked with a combination of rust, mold, and algae. This property needs a deep clean and a renovation badly to justify the prices.

It was convenient to our event.

Close to Union Station where we were attending a wedding.

I had to pay $25 to park Room was tucked at the very end of the hall in a corner by an exit - kind of creepy. Bed was not comfortable. No fan in the bathroom. Overpriced for what we got.

Our stay was great.

Friendly courteous employees. We had pleasant experiences with the front desk, all our questions were answered. The parking valets were above our expectations. The gentleman who helped by bringing a luggage cart, loading it, and taking it downstairs for was very nice and helpful. The location at the Crown Plaza was great. Had a variety of restaurants without going back out after a full day of traveling and driving to our destinations. Spending our two evenings enjoying sitting at the plaza and enjoying the fountains.

The weird directions for the thermostat! The room phone which didn’t work. Lastly the lack of high water pressure in the shower.

The hotel was across the street from Union Station and we had an early departure.

The street work for the extension of the streetcar line made for a few diversions.

Very nice. Granddaughter loved the function where we made many wishes and threw coins!

Convenient for everywhere we wanted to go with our 5 year old granddaughter.

Beds seemed to be hard on us.

Spacious rooms, location to science centre and Legoland

Mass shooting mall next door and wounded girl being carried into lobby on checkout and feeling of insecurity while being herded into dining/kichen area in case mass shooter ran that way.

Location, facilities, convenience

Drafty window, leaking ceiling, hard to navigate parking, one particular front desk person was terrible. We had to move rooms due to leaking ceiling and freezing cold room and she moved us to a room that was occupied.

Came as a staycation to kick off our holiday season and it worked out exactly the way I I was hoping it would!

My husband and I have been coming here for many years for our anniversary but we were very disappointed.

High floor, good view, hot shower

Emergency warnings came over the intercom in our room to “stand by” but then they just left us hanging and never cancelled them or explained anything further. Also, very loud and not able to sleep well, police or emergency sirens all night long. TV wouldn’t work half the time. The bathroom sink faucet leaked. There was still blue painters tape on the wall that must have been there since remodeling.

It was fun but could have been better.

The employees were great

The bathtub wasn’t as clean as I should’ve been I found hairs from someone else. The bed was way too hard for having to pay almost $300 for one night.

We left some clothing in the closet in our room. We realized this 2 hours after our checkout and 2 hours away we left them. We called immediately after realizing we left them but got the run around. We called several times after that for several days but couldn't get callback after leaving our number. I was willing to pay whatever charges that needed to be paid to get our items returned. Very disappointed the hotel doesn't have a better process in place for these types of mishaps.

Despite Booking.com screwing up the reservation we had a good time...

That Booking totally screwed up my reservation when they transferred it over to Westin. Misspelled names led to confusion on the part of Westin staff which took 30 minutes on the phone to supposedly clear up, yet when I arrived it was still not corrected. In the end it was straightened out but when I got home I found I was charged with 2 more parking charges than I used. I'll have to call Westin to try to figure out the issue on Monday. Always go straight to the hotel website from now on. Third party didn't save us money, only added confusion...

Nice weekend getaway

Location was great. Pool was warm and plenty of seating. Every thing seemed clean and cared for. Nice to have restaurants and stores close.

I love the hotel and everything is within walking distance. Or if not within walking distance a 10-15 minute car ride.

The uncleanlieness of the room. There were dried blood stains on the bedding... the sheets were fine but the duvet was velcrow and no longer sticking so it was almost as if there was a huge hole in the comforter/duvet.
