Beautiful hotel with easy access to restaurants. In-hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff were polite and professional.
When I searched for ice at the hotel after attending a concert, I could not locate the ice machines and because of the late hour, I did not ask for directions to the ice machines.

Was a nice hotel with nice staff.
A little to boujie, everyone was in suits and ties and I didn't get the memo. I was dressed In my rave clothes 🤣

The property is clean.

Short walking distance to T Mobile center, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Rooms were way over priced for what you got, no fridge in the room. Just didn’t get much for the price of the room.

The front desk clerk, Alex was absolutely divine! She was friendly, helpful and just an all around delightful human. Beverly in the Walnut room was also so sweet and kind. Very attentive and helpful. Both were so cheerful and seemed like they thoroughly enjoyed the jobs they do.
Would have been nice if there were vending machines in the rooms where we got ice. I was thirsty and also wanted a snack without going anywhere too far from my room.

Location was great and convenient for attending events at T-Mobile center.
The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. With the already very expensive price tag that would’ve been nice so that we could’ve brought our own drinks and snacks! Our view was looking directly into other people’s rooms so having the curtains open wasn’t really an option for privacy reasons.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The location was also really convenient.

The cleanliness and friendly staff
It didn’t have refrigerator or microwave. Considering that the breakfast wasn’t included with the room @ $250+ a night

Room door was not latched when we arrived, had to request shower gel and soap as was missing from room. Room temp was warm so lowered to 70 degrees when we checked in ar 4:30pm. Temp didn't drop in room until overnight.

The location was perfect and the rooms were very clean.
Pillows weren’t very comfortable and I wish the double rooms we booked were queen size beds instead of fulls but I don’t think there would’ve been room.

Attended grandson's wedding at hotel and it was great for a wedding venue.
No safe or refrigerator in room. Room could have had more wall plugs. Room somewhat pricy due to all the extra taxes, etc. Parking is extra in hotel garage.

My reservation included breakfast, but upon checking in, was told by the front desk that it didn't. We ate breakfast at hotel anyway and paid as it is terrific and staff are fantastic. As I was checking out I spoke to front desk and showed them my reservation, which did include breakfast so they said they would take care of it for me as I had used the same card and it would be refunded.

The hotel was close to so many things to do. We parked in the hotel parking deck. We walked everywhere and had a great time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room wS inviting and the bed was very comfortable. Especially after a long day of walking.

Being so close to main attractions, safe environment, very nice rooms, comfortable beds, attentive and friendly staff. Restaurants on site are open during usual meal times. Late night bar for those who want a nightcap. Indoor parking garage available.
No mini fridge or microwave in the room. We were expecting at least a mini fridge and this meant readjusting so we could use ice for our milk and other drinks we brought.
While the breakfast buffet cost $15 per person, some of the breakfast items were the same quality as a lot of hotel's free continental breakfasts. A couple of items went well above that.

It was a block from the Midland Theater. Easy walk there.
No fridge or microwave in the room. I did bring my own snacks which was a good thing as the pantry prices were horribly high.

Nice location, nice building, and room.
Lots of issues with housekeeping. When I arrived, a set of my bathroom towels was on the floor (I think they fell). When I went to get ice, my ice bucket had a several inches of water in it. When I showered, the liquid soap dispenser was empty. I called the front desk to get it refilled and they said they would do it but the next day it was still empty. Maybe Hilton should try paying its staff more so these kinds of issues don't happen.
