Comfortabel stay, decent facilities, very average breakfast

It’s a suite with kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom.

Due to it being a suite, the individual rooms feel a bit small

Wasn't bad but could have been much better compared to other hotels I've been too!

The location was perfect. The room view was great. Enough space with all working amenities. Pool was cool. Breakfast ok. Morning staff was nice mainly Hannah. Checking in nice and easy.

Furniture looked worn and stained. Bedding was clean with an worn bed spread but mattress was very uncomfortable. Shower curtain looks old and worn. My other room pretty much the same and the toilet back up from the 1st flush. Don't know what happened but they clean and sanitize it well. I've been to one Homewood Suites in Hack Cross Tennessee and it was nice but I wouldn't come here again.

Perfect vacation hotel for location close to mall

Staff was amazing. Staff always went the extra mile and was very friendly and kind Location was a stones throw from restaurants and the walkway directly to the mall

Location is perfect to the Mall of America

Everything was great. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The breakfast was good and stocked. The hotel was clean from the front door including our room.

I didn't like the fact that the executives of the hotel made the decision to charge if you want to check in early. I called at 10a and was told we would have to pay a full day to check in at that time. To check in at 1p it cost $50 additional, To check in at 2p it will cost $25 additional. Why charge extra for travelers? Yet as a customer check in is 3p and check out is 11a, we do not receive full time of stay according to the check in/out times. Be Fair !

Great location, smelly/unclean room.

The location was excellent and very easy to get to. The MOA is right across the street, and the hot breakfast included was very convenient. Rooms are nice if you have kids since there's a door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Unfortunately when we checked in our room smelled of old expired food (like someone left rotten produce in the fridge) and when we asked if they had any air freshener they simply responded "sorry we don't" we couldn't get a different room because the hotel was completely booked. The room was not very clean and there were stains on the chairs.

The west elevator was not working properly. Had to take the stairs multiple times from 6th floor. The security deposit was ridiculous.

Clean, comfortable room with great amenities with good valve for the price.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet even though it was close to airport. Wife loved full size mirror and lighting around bath sink. Breakfast was great and coffee hot. Was nice to have a restaurant attached to hotel.

Perfect location great for family with pets

Great for families love the suite style perfect when we didn’t want to eat out or store our ice creams in the full size refrigerator with proper freezer. Location is awesome and room was perfect for our dog

It’s not the most high end stay so breakfast option and pool is just average. Elevator very dated and don’t expect house keeping to be available late night

in all my stay was ok. I love the room but toilets need to be checked and maybe have some harder pillows

the rooms were a good size for being a suite. they were well equipped. The location was great.

the toilet kept doing a weird noise and the pillows were not comfortable.

Overall a good place to stay if someone is looking only to shop in MOA.

The hotel is very close to (walking distance) from MOA. The room/bathrooms were pretty decent size. The parking and amenities were pretty good. IHOP and couple of places to eat around the hotel.

The breakfast was below average and cold. Its better to have breakfast outside for the extra amount one pays. The front desk staff did not allow for 60mins late checkout and threatened with $25 additional charges.

We really enjoyed our stay, if we ever adventure to MOA again, we will 100% stay here again.

The reception staff were all so very kind, the breakfast changed every morning - which was a nice surprise. The kitchen in the room and living room space was really nice to have a separate place from the bedroom and bathroom.

It's hard to think of anything we didn't like - I guess, we prefer a firmer mattress than what was in the room - but that is just preference.

We had a great time and felt comfortable asking any staff for help if needed.

We liked the location and convenience of the shuttle to the Mall of America. Also, the breakfasts were decent with some variety each day. The staff was very helpful and positive no matter if it was cleaning, driving, or helping the front desk.
