I looked up the prices of other properties and reviews nearby for mt next trip.

The people who work at this property are fantastic. The front desk staff is great. The crew who gets the breakfast together are also fantastic. Lots of fresh food and always clean.

I had to change rooms because the toilet didn’t flush down anything. I asked for a new room and they got me one. But the room c Has seen better days with a few ghastly carpet spills that looked like a crime scene.

Amazing location and staff, mattresses need an upgrade.

The property was great, amazing staff and amenities were above and beyond

The only negative aspect of the entire stay were the mattresses were not comfortable. Kept waking up with sore hips and back, rotating all night.

Great hotel

Location next to the mall, breakfast was wonderful, staff was helpful. Room was comfortable. Didn't care for shower gave us handicapped would of preferred regular shower.

Shower and bars of soap use them once and gone.

Great place for a quick stay, right across from the mall it was a good location. Would stay again.

Our plane was late coming into the city, our bags were even later. We missed the shuttle and took a cab to the hotel and the front desk guy was very nice and welcoming. We got a good nights sleep, my 3 yr old crawled right into bed and was super happy. Was nice to be welcomed after a very long trip. Breakfast was great too.

The air conditioning unit had a very loud rattle, but luckily I could turn it off with the wall unit so we could sleep good so it wasn't a big deal, room didn't get too hot.

Cheap room rate equals not good quality rooms

Location to MOA and Target Field was good

Our room was dirty. The carpet is in desperate need of a good cleaning. The sheets, comforters and bed skirts were filthy and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Everything! The breakfast buffet was great. French toast, mini waffles, scramble eggs, biscuits, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, English muffins, lots of coffee varieties, and best of all breakfast was served till 10:30. Even though you are right by the airport and airplanes fly over a lot, I rarley heard them, but my kid thought it was the coolest. Very close to MOA. The housekeeper replaced our used towels and tidied up our bathroom great.

The beds were too soft for my personal liking.

We were treated great and the room was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The free breakfast had a great variety, better than any place we’ve stayed. The shuttle to and from the airport was punctual and the driver was friendly. We loved that it was an easy walk to Mall of America.

Great distance to MOA

The only standout on our stay aside from the proximity of this hotel to MOA is the driver of the shuttle Chandler ,he is very friendly!

Mall of America Experience

staff was super nice during check in, also breakfast was simple but good enough to hold over until lunch. (pretty basic options). another great perk was it was right across the street from Mall of america! very convenient if you wanted to run back to hotel and then head over again. also another perk was it was connected to TGI Fridays. Also parking lot was nice and big

beds were super uncomfortable and shower did not have a lot of pressure. the room definitely could have used more cleaning. curtains were dirty , an outlet was not all the way in, bathroom was not super clean either.

It was good could have been a bit cleaner but wasn't a bad hotel.

The location was perfect for visiting the mall of America. It was nice to have two restaurants attached to the hotel as well. Breakfast was alright. The staff was nice and friendly.

The cleanness of the floors. Seems like they spot swept. There were crumbs all along the sides and corners of the floor. The floor didnt seem to be mopped as well. My son split a cup of water on the floor and when I wiped it up the towel was black.

Great stay!

Super friendly staff! And I loved the 2 hot tubs, pool, and short walk to MOA!

The bed squeaked when I would move so it was not the best for the sleepers/family in the 2nd queen next to us.
