Convenient but a little gross.

Proximity to MOA and airport. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure.

Wet towels abandoned in elevators. Urine crusted on toilet seats and hairs in bathtub made me feel like cleaning wasn't a priority. Hallway and room reeked of Marijuana due to neighbors apparently smoking in room? No airport shuttle after 11pm.

Great place to stay if your looking to stay for just a couple day

It was clean it was new I could walk to mall of America the staff was nice it was very close to walking trail room had lots of space

the pool was dirty the breakfast had nomeats no close grocery stores I had a room facing the trees not a good sight to see

Prima hotel als je vanaf Minneapolis moet vliegen.

Prima hotel, grote kamers, fijne bedden en grote kussens. Dichtbij de Mall of America, is in 5 minuten te lopen. Er is ook een shuttle, maar die heb je echt niet nodig. Gratis shuttle naar de luchthaven.

Prijs, is wat hoog, maar hoort waarschijnlijk bij de locatie.

Prima locatie als je moet vliegen vanaf Minneapolis.

Prima ontbijt, grote kamer, goede bedden en kussens en heel schoon. Dichtbij het vliegveld, met een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Op loopafstand van de Mall of America.

Eigenlijk niets, wellicht het vliegtuig lawaai, maar dat hoort er nu eenmaal bij op deze locatie. Vooraf de prijs, vrij duur in verhouding tot dezelfde kwaliteit iets verder weg, maar wellicht hoort dat bij de locatie.

Enjoyed it. Been here a couple times it it gets the job done. Pool and hot tub ok as long as not a lot of people. Nice!

Never again.

Not a park and fly hotel. Wanted to charge an additional $150 for parking.

Cancellation policy, no park and fly, plane noise was very loud making it hard to sleep, hotel is run down.

Great price for our family and we all fit perfectly!

Great breakfast and walking distance from the mall! Pool was open till midnight, nice facilities!

Great choice for the airport and the Mall of America

Typical upscale chain hotel. Nice room, comfortable bed, and warm shower. Coffee and breakfast. Walking distance to the MOA and airport

It was nice to have breakfast and be close to the mall but I was definitely looking at the other places nearby to check

Paint chipping outside. A bit outdated. There was an event featured for 4th of July at front desk but the employee couldn’t tell us how to get there. We had to figure it out ourselves.

Sentral beliggenhet til Mall of America og flyplassen

Perfekt beliggenhet mellom Mall of America og flyplassen. Sengene var veldig gode. Hyggelig personale. Gratis shuttelbuss både til og fra flyplass (må avtales på forhånd) og til og fra kjøpesenteret (hver time). Superhyggelig dame, Brenda, som kjørte shuttelbussen på ettermiddag/kveld. Basseng og treningsrom.

空港近くで、シャトルバスがあって便利

シャトルバスがある。空港(到着時電話した)　モールオブアメリカ(1時間に１本)　このバスの運転手のスタッフが気さくで感じよかった

悪くはないが、部屋はまあまあ。受付スタッフの感じ良さも人によって。

Stay was ok. There was a domestic dispute happening in the room next to us so we asked to move.

Breakfast ok. Location was good.

Pull out couch was garbage. Sleeping on metal bars. Haul to the landfill and buy new ones.

My husband and I went for a night to get away and walk to mall of America. It got the job done.

The rooms were really clean, and it was nice the windows opened alittle. The beds were also super cozy. Also walking distance to mall of America.

The TV was messed up, and the elevator was really small and slow.

PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, PRICE WAS WAS GREAT.

BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND PLENTIFUL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. TRAIN SHUTTLE WAS A BIT OF A MESS SINCE THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON FOR TRACK REPAIR. HAD TO RIDE THE BUS FROM THE MALL OF AMERICA TO FORT SNELLING, THEN TOOK TRAIN TO U S BANK STADIUM

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. NO COMPLAINTS.

Perfect location and great experience

Super close to Mall of America, the option to be shuttled to MOA, and the complimentary hot breakfast that was freshly filled up until the end of breakfast. The attendant was on her game at all times. A hotel with a hot tub is always a perk. I also liked the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower.

The beds were a little too firm for me so I didn’t sleep the best. The pillows and comforter blanket/sheets were very comfortable though.

Mediocre stay

Location to the airport and decent price.

Bed was not very comfortable. Whole facility needs some deep cleaning although my bathroom was well maintained. I was told breakfast would be ready at 6am. I waited until 6:15, but had to go to the airport.

I will definitely come back again. The food, the bed, was pretty good.

I enjoy my stay at Fairfield hotel. The bed is comfortable, and the free hot breakfast was great. I love that they had bus shuttle service from the hotel to the mall. The lady who checked us in was really nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Just the airplanes taking off just was a little loud but I wasn't really bother by it. Loud kids running up and down the hall. Other than that everything was good.

I would highly recommend your hotel to everyone. This is my second stay at a Fairfield.

I loved the breakfast. Great variety to choose from and bacon and eggs were warm, coffee was hot. Great job!

Staff was friendly we loved the pool. Breakfast was amazing. Close to MOA and worth the price. We only stayed one night room was clean and even had some amenities We didn't know that was included we will definitely stay here again.

It would have been perfect if the hottub was working. I would like some money back

The only reason I booked that particular hotel was because of the hottub and it was not working so I was extremely disappointed.

Older hotel, needs updating, not kept clean, watch for dirty pillows/sheets, but close to airport

The hotel is convenient to the airport and they have an airport shuttle as well as a breakfast included in the price. Also, they have an indoor heated pool and hot tub.

The pillows and sheets were dirty. It smelled like they had not been changed in a while, with the scent of old body odor and sweat. We told staff at the front desk that we had dirty sheets and pillows the next morning after waking up in the middle of the night to that smell, and they looked around for new sheets and pillows, but could not find any. They stated that next morning they would have housekeeping come in and change the sheets and give us new pillows. We got back late that night to a room that had not been attended to at all throughout the day by housekeeping and with no pillows. I told staff that housekeeping had not attended the room and we were missing pillows. Staff was angry, threw up their hands and started yelling and cussing, then stormed off to find some, at which point I suggested they retrieve some from a different room and just let us go to sleep as it was 130 in the morning by the time all of this was actually getting addressed.

Great location.

A shuttle that takes you from and to the airport and to the mall. Also, both drives were very nice. The breakfast could use a waffle or pancake maker, but there were many types of food I have never had offered at any other hotel. All the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, and the guy housekeeper was very nice when I needed extra towels. If I return to the Mall of America, I will definitely stay here. Getting free hot Chocolate was a nice plus too.

Hot Tub was Cold. Which was weird since the showers were nice and hot.

clean and nice hotel with great staff. good hotel for a budget get away.

location was great, staff was super helpful and kind. facility met expectations. I appreciate skim milk at the continental breakfast.

we specifically looked for a hotel that had a continental breakfast and hot tub. there is a photo on the website that has waffles on the continental breakfast. There were no hotel waffles in the 4 days we were there. My kids were very disappointed. We actually only ate the breakfast 1 day, but checked all days. The hot tub was smaller than ours at home. It was a challenge to find a turn. the bathroom is very small.
