We were visiting our son, so that was the most important thing for us but the hotel was in perfect location for that!

Convenient location to walk around the city, the staff were welcoming and friendly and it was close to visit our son.

Nothing that spoilt our holiday. The room looks a bit “tired” as if it could with redecorating but nothing that affected our stay!

Would stay again

Fine hotel, very central but quiet. Rooms were clean. Staff were courteous and the front doormen were particularly helpful w/ my elderly mom.

Restaurant was quite pricey.

Very Nice

It was my wife's birthday, and the hotel gave her a nice, delicious cake in her room! It’s very nice to have such attention to guests! Great location! Free coffee at the hotel! A cozy lounge for guests! There is a restaurant! Comfortable beds in the room! Nice staff! Thanks for a great time in Boston!

We had a good stay at AKA Back Bay but we were in and out so quick it’s hard to give a full review.

Just a 5 minute walk to Newbury St and 10minutes from the station made this a perfect location for us.

Awesome!!

The beds were super comfortable. The staff were very nice and they have the most beautiful hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen.

I researched the hotel & the location & both are excellent

Location cleanliness staff very helpful

1st night free water - we didn’t read that there was a charge only that my bank flagged it we would have been charged. VERY DISAPPOINTED & felt it was a rip off cos you arrive thirsty & tired - we didn’t read the label. Was it $9?

Wonderful hotel

Great location and walkable distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. Complimentary water bottles from reception were a bonus.

Great night away

Super lovely service - friendly from the moment we arrived until when we left. Great lounge with excellent coffee machine. Bed incredibly comfortable. Robes as well. Architecture in the halls distinctively different. Felt very clean, cared for.

Fiji bottled water for $8? Unsustainable and expensive - sends the wrong message about what a hotel should care about.

Beautiful historic hotel located in a upscale area of Boston. Staff is wonderful! They have an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast through dinner with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy.
