20 minutes from the airport, easy Uber/Lyft pick up location, Starbucks attached to hotel.
The $25 “destination fee”. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and have never come across this. It’s a scam to have no option but to pay $25 of my own money to then in turn HAVE to use it at the hotel. We were not at the hotel long enough to eat there, nor rent bikes, etc and the destination fee wasn’t even applicable for the marketplace for snacks. Because of this, I would never choose to stay at this hotel again and will ensure I check other Hilton properties for this “fee” before booking. This is not a Mexican all- inclusive resort, it’s a Hilton in Cambridge off of a major road with basic amenities. I don’t know anyone who would go visit another city in order to eat hotel food, and we specifically opted out of a breakfast charge because we weren’t going to be there for breakfast due to a 6 am flight AND because we would have gone off property for a proper (GOOD) breakfast. Additionally, you can tell the staff members get a lot of questions and complaints about this, because their immediate response is to be defensive (“this was outlined in your booking confirmation”- so basically you’re SOL), vs empathizing with the customer. Really disappointing- but I suppose lucky for the bartender who received a $22 tip off of a $3 sprite. Countless other reviews mention/ complain about this, and while the hotel responds to the customer asking them to contact the hotel and/ or corporate, nothing seems to have been done about it. Disappointing that you all are willing to lose out on customers over a silly fee.

Noah was very helpful, friendly, and informative. The rooms were great, very clean and well laid out.
Bathroom was very functional and nice. Sink and counter were large enough to keep my things laid out, and not have to battle my wife for space.
Bed was comfy, and a/c worked great. Plenty of places to plug in and charge.
Restaurant / bar was near the front of the hotel, very convenient. Had a nice little area outside with plants and a fire pit.
Not a deal breaker - bathroom did not have a fan, but did have a nice solid real door, not one of those "barn" doors.
Also - the shower had a straight shower curtain rod - I am a big guy, had to stand sideways in the shower (not uncommon for me), but i do prefer the round shower curtain rods for a little shoulder room.

Lounge area was very nice.
Destination fee of $25/day PLUS mandatory $25/ day food and drink charge - makes you feel like you are being taken advantage of. And the destination? Right next to a strip mall...Oh, and $25/day for parking in an area that has plenty of parking. So, add $75 to the daily price of the room.

The location was convenient. Comfortable room.
The confirmation email needs to be updated. It offered things that were not available such as a microwave, robes.

The courtyard and fire pit are absolutely wonderful. They have heat lamps and we were able to spend time with our extended family. It was an outdoor living room.
The beds are a little too soft and they charge for the parking lot.

The breakfast area had a sign that read "Breakfast $20 per person" and we were on a tight budget, so we didn't eat it.
The $75 deposit that I wasn't informed of until the moment of check-in was a frustrating moment. Especially since it still hasn't been deposited back into my account (5-7 days possibly). Unfortunately, we were on a budget and that $75 was going to be used towards a Lyft ride to and from the concert we attended. We had to take public busses to the show. But, after speaking with the hotel via text, Noah at the Freepoint sent a Lyft to pick us up. That was very much appreciated. I'm sure most people wouldn't be bothered by paying the $75 and getting by without until getting it back, but a few of us are on tight budgets from time to time. I just think the deposit should be included in the initial booking amount and not a surprise at the counter upon arrival.

The beds were comfortable.
We got catfished by this hotel. This is a generic hotel in a parking lot. There is no fire pit area and you absolutely do not get the boutique hotel you’re expecting from these photos. I specifically booked this hotel for the balcony and upon arrival there are no balconies at this hotel whatsoever. So no balcony. No fire pit. And no cute boutique hotel like this page leads on. It was a good location with on site parking but otherwise I would stay elsewhere unless you’re looking for the most basic of hotels.

Room was spacious, advised on checking in we had booked a twin room, however both beds were double bed size so this wasn't an issue. Very clean modern bathroom with toiletries provided. Air con in room, additional pillows available in room. Convenient location for us and plenty of options to choose to eat nearby (walking distance). Also we travelled to and from the hotel by bus with no problem.
Only complaint would be that at time of checking in there were two staff at reception, however despite a queue one member of staff did not break off what they were doing to serve customers. I appreciate it may have been important what they were doing, however in order to appear professional, assume there was a back office that they could have done this in, it would have given a better impression to customers

Nice staff. The gym was nice too and convenient because of our room location.
We stayed on the bottom floor and our room was the closest to the desk. It felt like it should have been a closet instead of a room. Also out shower was broken.

Extra cot was not comfortable. I could feel the springs.

The location worked well for us. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I like the body wash, shampoo that was provided.
We were not sure that the bathroom had been cleaned. There was a washcloth in the shower that was wet. The website stated that there were certain things in the room that were not there.

Staff was friendly and nice.
It says double room and microwave (even says there is dishwasher etc), and breakfast included on booking.com listing. However it was a single room, no microwave. I booked it because it says it had a kitchen with microwave, so I could heat up my baby’s food. But… it’s nothing but just a regular hotel room. I had to bring food to the lobby to heat up.

We loved the cleaning and maintenance staff--always kind and helpful when we needed.
Aside the cleaning staff other staff in the hotel were unpersonable and unhelpful. The wifi was not working in our room and we were told to call the wifi provider ourselves to handle it. We ate at the restaurant a couple times and had to wait almost an hour for our food both times and the chef didnt acknowledge the wait or us personally. He was arrogant. And when we checked out one of our meals was charged to our room in addition to our credit card. If we hadnt have had the physical receipt they would have charged us again. Lastly the hotel repeatedly kept trying to charge me $2000 which luckily i was able to block. We stayed for a week and every day no personable greetings or acknowledgement--really lacking in Hospitality.

The hotel itself was quite nice, but the best thing about our stay was the young man working at the front desk. Sorry, but I’m very bad with names, but maybe his name was Noah. Anyway, he greeted us with such energy and kindness that we immediately shrugged off our travel-weary attitudes, such was his infectious congeniality. He really made our night. Please tell him that if possible.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The carpets were dirty, the room wasn't cleaned during our stay even though we put the card on the door. The breakfast tastes ok, but the choices were pretty mediocre. "Tapestry Collection" writes a check this facility can't cash. Probably won't stay here again.

NOAH WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AT CHECKIN!
THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER
