Budget wise and a bit more comfortable.
A bit far from Rogers Place and no microwave.

It’s clean and I love the welcome biscuits.
The settlement of the hotel, they wrongly charged some hotel foods to our bill and we need to call them up multiple times to ensure that they get it waived off as we did not had any foods at the restaurant.

This hotel is a great location and choice for travelers from Calgary for events at Commonwealth, especially if you are able to walk for half an hour to save the cab or bus challenge. The hotel is funky and new. I did not take in the breakfast, but the lounge/restaurant provided decent priced options for dinner.
I know paying for parking is common in a lot of hotels, but it would have been nice to have this included given how much the room cost was. Also, there wasn't enough staff to handle the restaurant patrons who needed to eat and get out to the Garth Brooks concert quickly and didn't want stadium food. Checking in did go smoothly for me as we arrived right at 4:00 pm. Access to the parking garage is a strange angle. I'm not sure I would navigate that with a pickup truck, but there is an imPark surface lot right beside the hotel as an option.

The room was big for my family.
Place is ok, but we chose their underground parking, which was like $33 per night because the area was sketchy and addicts roaming around.
The distance between the sink and toilet. You had to get up to grab the tissue. Also, the tiles in the shower feel dirty.
There is no microwave in the room.

Close to Rogers place, very nice hotel
Not very soundproof, kids running and screaming in hallway, hot tub should be open later for adults only
240 plus a night is way too much to pay to sleep in a bed

Very nice and clean. Set up was unique.
Outdoor parking lot a little small & having to pay to park.

This location was close to the expo centre for our daughter’s early morning cheer competition. It was a clean, quiet hotel with great customer service and a fantastic room for the price!

Modern looking building
Very big nice room.
Advertised Price does not include $32 parking fee in their own building.
Guests in front of me when checking in got some sort of treats.
Very poor sound proofing in my room with connecting door.
I was not told that the key card has to be used in the elevator. They expect new guests to read small print instructions in the elevator?!
Bed sheet had stain.
Uneven soft mattress.

Nice rooms, underground parking, warm cookies when checking in, friendly staff.
Did not mention the $32 per day parking fee on booking.com web site. They are struggling to keep the place going probably due to the times. Bed sheet had a hole in it. Stains on the window partition beside the bed. The window shade was damaged and barely worked. Windows on the street level are all broken and boarded up. Restaurant barely functioning. No breakfast buffet at this time like the pictures suggested. The hotel was cheaper than the other hotels in the area probably to accommodate the deficiencies noted. It’s a quick $10 uber ride to all the good restaurants in the downtown area or a 10 to 15 min walk.

Underground parking could not accommodate our vehicle.

Terrible parking situation, and a lack of transparency on the cost of parking $32/day/vehicle is disgusting. We didn’t realize the price until they charged our card. The restaurant “service” was terrible. Our waitress couldn’t even be bothered to walk to the end of the table to deliver my 70 year old mother’s breakfast. Instead she had to get up and grab it herself from the end of the table and take her back to her seat. The beds were uncomfortable and there were no warm comforters. The room was cold, the temp control would shut down once it was at 70 degrees. There were only thin sheets, so we wore extra layers of clothes to bed. Overall this was a pretty disappointing visit.

Lovely hotel and very friendly helpful staff. I’ll definitely stay again!
The only thing I would want would have been a paper room service menu instead of a qr code.

Convenient location, safe parking location in underground parking lot, though it is very tight parking and recommend a smallish vehicle. Staff was very friendly. Loved the shampoo/cream rinse brand in the shower. I appreciated the keurig coffee maker and fridge in the room.
I found the bed and pillows too firm, however these are truly personal preferences.

It was close to Kdays and Rogers Place
The pool was closed because of a broken door knob and they did not clean our rooms. Lots of drug use outside of the building in front and side

Amazing staff amazing room and amazing food. There’s also a great pool I was unable to use but still very much loved our stay
Wish food could be included for an extra fee

Everything from entering in through the main doors to check out. The staff in the restaurant/lounge have great customer service skills and very helpful, as we were there for the first time. The décor, trendy and the room, comfortable as well as clean and spacious.
Parking. The 'provided' underground parking was extra $ and not well identified - just awkward for first time patrons. Make sure the location is correct if using an online 'taxi' service.

Location
Cleanliness and parking fee too high. My daughter woke with hives all over her body each morning! And when she asked to have the sheets changed twice, she was ignored. No one came to change the sheets. Parking is ridiculous! 32$ a day! I have never stayed anywhere that parking is that much at the hotel! Disgusting!

I travelled with the kids, somehow thought it was a continental breakfast, but when we saw the menu and prices we left
The extra bed was horrible with a spring that stuck out and ruined my new sweater. We checked out after one night.
The location was deplorable, i was nervous checking in with the kids,
Then the parkade doors are stupid and hard to get out safely, thank goodness we didn’t bring a larger vehicle. I dare you to put some pampered executive in a brand new BMW and try to get in and out of that parkade, jeepers

This is our first time staying with double Tree hotel by Hilton. Hotel facility is very clean and excellent location to access Edmonton convention Center. Great restaurant menu, wonderful Floir, Belinda and Liliia in dining lounge. Also, amazing customer service personnel Mustafa help me with my luggages on day of arrival.property accommodations facilities have large hot tub area & well equipped fitness centre. We attended our company annual convention in Canada.
Elevator malfunction, and bathroom vanity mirror lights does not work that mounted on the wall. And homeless passed out on sidewalk nearby.
