I was unable to stay

I could not check in around midnight on Oct 31-Nov 1 because despite having a reservation there was nobody present to check me in and no instructions left foe self checkin.

A pleasant stay but a little overpriced for the room.

Was able to check in a little early for the wedding we were attending in SLO.

Alarm clock kept making noises during the night.?

Location

Room pass key was given to another tennant who was just checking in. Luckily we were still in the room and walked down to the office to remedy the mistake.

Pricey for an okay stay

Free parking, friendly staff, good air conditioning, decent location. Beds are pretty comfortable.

Worn down overall. Chain lock for door was broken, bathroom door lock was broken, sink was falling apart. You could clearly hear walking from the room above through the ceiling. Shower tiles could use some deep cleaning.

Disappointing

Location was convenient. It did its purpose, but felt a little run down and not worth the price point. I would price it at $125 max. Roadside motel at best.

My friends bed sheets were not clean, they had sand all in the bottom on her fitted bed sheet. We believe the sheets were not changed. I would not walk on the floor without shoes. The shower was old and run down so did not end up using it.

A very acceptable place to stay!

Good location - about 10/15 minute flat walk to some good bars and usual US eating outlets. The room was a bit small but excellent value for money. No breakfast but had a good coffee and coissant just after the railway bridge going into town. Can recommend!

lousy, and owner has not responded !!!!

Not much.

Extremely noisy and fighting guests, kept my partner and I awake most of the night, owner was supposed to call me for a discounted rate but no call yet !!!

I wouldn't be comfortable recommending the Mission Inn as is.

The beds were comfy.

cleanliness. One couldn't help noticing the dust buildup at the edges of the carpet next to the wall. Better vacuuming would be appreciated. No coffee in the office...sign saying out of order on the coffee maker. Railing rotted through and wobbly, very dangerous! Road noise greater toward the entrance area than the back, so we asked for the quieter area and that was better. No breakfast, and only two restaurants were suggested, one about 8 minutes away (walking) and the other quite expensive and not great for a quick bite. Took getting hot water a long time....wasted water. This motel needs a remodel and added amenities.

It was ok

The location and it was quite and a whole lg pizza box fits in the refrigerator.

I asked for the ac unit to be fixed since a part fell off of it. The ac unit works, but when I came back from my event, which was an 8 hour, the part was in the same spot I left it. It wasn't fixed or replaced in those 8 hours. The place inside could use some painting too. In different spots, you could see the age of the place, and curtains should overlap so you know they are closed. The office hours are ONLY 8am to 11pm which is weird to me I've never been to a hotel where this is a thing and on top of that no one was at the office at 8 AM when I was trying to check out. I waited till 8:05 AM, and I had to leave for my event because I wanted to get there early.

Clean room, comfortable bed and clean sheets. Nice front desk people. Have fridge and microwave, coffee maker in the room.
