I like the location, price and size of the room.

Room size was great.

Found lampshade damaged and bed comforter had a tear. Not a dealbreaker at all for me.

Overall, great stay and good value.

No breakfast that I was aware of.

I requested two extra pillows and my request was denied.

You get what you pay for

The quick freeway access and restaurant options.

The television did not work,there was no breakfast as advertised also the rooms seemed to be out dated. Seems like some renovation was going on and there was furniture taking up parking space as well as old linens.

Worth the Price

Cleanliness. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The rooms were quiet and so were other guests. The front desk was attentive.

The rooms could use some renovations or at least some better maintenance. It seems the handyman they use cuts corners.

I enjoyed the staff being kind and helpful especially during the time when weather conditions occurred throughout the County. They understood they had rooms available as well and always had a smile which helped brighten the day. You're close to downtown amenities as well in walking distance of other amenities.

It was an okay experience. Will probably come back when the time comes.

Room was spacious. We like how the sink was outside the shower area.

We booked a non-smoking room but there's a cigarette burn on the blanket. First dude in the front desk was RUDE. We asked for a first floor room (my mom has cancer) but he dismissed us saying all rooms are full. Fortunately another dude (smaller guy) came out and granted our request! Thanks to the guy! Also, the room beside us was so noisy. Wish the room was noise proof or something. It was midnight and it was so hard to sleep.

Proximity to Jack n Box, Taco Bell and Maldonado's Mexican food. Just cross street to buy cup of coffee.

No coffee pot in room. Electrical outlets need to be replaced. Noisy people banging on doors. Parking lot dirty.

Economical. The hotel was clean, but the pool was dirty and not usable. Front desk staff offers assistance quickly when asked. Some perks: cable TV, mini refrigerator in room, free ice, free parking, free Wi-Fi, pool, and nice big windows. Great location: (1) Walking distance to restaurants near by, 5 to 10 minutes and (2) a 15 to 20 minute drive to Pismo Beach. Overall, I got a very good price on the 4th of July weekend. I would stay again.

Pool was not usable. Maybe because of Covid restrictions. Can hear cars drive by the highway. Could use newer and cuter comforters. The shower had damage but was usable faucet. Overall, there is more good than bad; I would stay again because of the price, location, and perks.
