Worst experience I've had from around 2am-4am a group of people arrived, making the loudest noises and throwing a ho

Normally I come here and it's zero issues. Was not the case yesterday.

The service was not good, and the front service was very standoff-ish with anything I asked him he had a rebuttal to say.

Won't stay again.

Bed was ok. Location was handy but located between two freeways. Easy to get to downtown.

Traffic noise most of the night. Shower handle didn't work right - hard to control temperature. Toilet broken. No cleaning of room first two days.

Expensive and old for that kind of charge

King size bed,not to old.Clean sheets and soft clean towels.

Right next to the freeway and a very busy on ramp and several other hotels close so it's very loud and lots of traffic constantly. Laminated flooring is chilly and doesn't help with noise. Guests are noisy from lack of insulation and lack of curiosity...tight space fells more crowded.

VERY POOR.

No breakfast offered.

No coffee provided. Dirty shower. Hair in the stall. Hand basin: No plug. Face towel dirty. Obviously used by others. Shower curtain inadequate; messed water on floor.

nice location, rude staff

right off freeway after a long drive

made a request to have an early check in from 7-8am which was confirmed by booking.com and the hotel property, yet when I get there and show the confirmation the clerk argues that check in isn’t until 3pm. we booked a 2 night stay and left the next day due to rude staff

Distance from my appt location, rate wasn’t that Bad but could of used a discount

No microwave, tv didn’t get any channels, bed was NOT comfortable and had a hard time sleeping. Was exhausted by morning. Falling asleep on the road back home

They said pay at property and when they tried to run my card 3 hours before arrival it was declined they never told me they were going to run it prior to my arrival. The guy was very rude and said he already rented our room just get out. So I was stuck 2 older women 2 under 5 grandkids 1 with autism and 2 dogs and no where to stay. Thanks for no help relocating us.

Try to avoid this motel.

Location was good!

The man on check in was rude. Our room was dirty and many fixtures were broken. Dirty, blood stained sheets. Value for money was awful.

Won't go back!

I was able to park right outside my room. The room key worked.

The office smelled like curry. It was very noisy. Cracks around the door ie. Poor insulating. The toilet was super low to the ground. Ok for a child not an adult. There were 2 doors in the room. 1 was secured the other was not. Didn't feel safe. Didn't sleep good! Lumpy beds.

worst hotel I’ve ever been to

the manger was so rude snatched my card from my hands the room was so old nasty things on ceiling things look like there old and going to break exactly 10 minutes before checkout the manger knocked on door bd said it was time to go very rude and disrespectful NEVER WILL RETURN

no customer service dinge old place stinky and people look like they live there small parking lot no breakfast blankets were so old and smelt disgusting can’t tell if they ever been cleaned lights don’t work I would give them a zero I’d rather sleep in my car then there

I left the hotel and stayed elsewhere. I feared for the safety of my family.

I found an old eye contact stuck to the night stand. A stranger knocked on my door and asked to buy drugs.

couldn’t sleep because of the screaming and yelling happening next door

close to the freeway

very unwelcoming. rooms were dirty and worn down looking. walls were so thin we could hear everything happening in the room next to us

I liked the location and cleanliness of the room. The staff was nice upon arrival as well.
