One of the receptionist’s attitude was not professional enough and it’s pretty unpleasant when she pretended she did not hear us talking to her.

Indoor pool.

Vending machines don't take tap pay. A lot of the things there were old and outdated. Was expecting more from the name Crown Plaza.

Great vibes even though a little outdated.

The lobby area was very welcoming and had a nice ambiance. The room was very clean. Even though there was a night club downstairs, it was very quiet in the hotel. Plenty of parking free of change and very safe feeling neighborhood.

While being in a nice atmosphere and indoors, the pool and hot tub felt aged and could use some refreshing. They were still enjoyable though. The TV in the room was very dated and didn't have many channels. All of the light fixtures and other electronics in the room could be updated as well

Short overnight stay close to the airport.

Location to our destination airport, and easy access on and off of the freeway.

staff was kind, but not friendly. Could have been more helpful with information about where to park and how to get to our room.

oh, I didn’t like that. I didn’t receive a complimentary breakfast just because I use Booking.com whereas in the past I have used this website and I received a complementary breakfast… I thought it was rude and why wouldn’t the manager just offer it to me out of courtesy when I asked ? it’s known on my file I’m loyal and always stay at the hotel..

We were out in a terrible room that had wet dirty carpet and smelled and requested to be moved.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I will definitely be back

I luved the staff and the room was perfect..also the ambiance of the hotel was great. Food was xellent in the morning for breakfast. The late check accommodations fit my stay and made my time there mare enjoyable. I am looking forward to staying here again

the elevator could be a little faster. do to the weekend capacity the elevator could run a little more better. this was not an inconvenience to me I just think it could run more smoothly

Fine place for several nights if you did not have to depend on the one restaurant. No transit.

One evening we ate in the bar. Good, standard bar food. There was a party in part of the bar, so a little loud. Oddly, the entrance to the bar is way around the corner from check-in and there is no signage. Breakfast was fine. Looked like a good buffet, but way too much for us.

No real lobby, so hard to wait for others without being in the aisle. Room could use a little up-grading. The Keurig did not work.

All in all a good place to stay. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean.

We went for breakfast and was told they were not serving from the menu. The waiter told me to go get a coupon because we were there for my granddaughters volleyball tournament. The lady at the desk said I would have had to request at booking. I didn't understand that. I went back to the table and he said we could order off of the menu. I thought the buffet was very over priced. However we ate dinner in the restaurant the night before. Very good and not too pricey.

We had to call three times for sheets and blankets for the pull out couch. They only gave us one thin blanket in the middle of a child front in February. We had to ask for another one.

Beds were comfortable.

The room was unbeknownst to us right across from party Venus the music was loud lasted until 1am. Room was so hot couldn't lower the themorstat.

Comfortable beds, good wifi, covered and plentiful parking next to the hotel.

Terrible pool, hot tub has apparently been broken forever, hotel restaurant acts as nightclub on Friday and Saturday.

Good location, fairly clean, decent value but not able to accommodate any requests.

I asked for a first floor near the entrance and a ADA room. they said they put it in the notes. I called every day for a week and kept being told to call back. once I arrived to check in they were not able to accommodate any of my requests. when you have mobility issues these are important things.
