Amazing time

The staff was great. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. Accommodation was affordable. My family and I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for an amazing time. .

The breakfast and the staff were amazing.

Rooms were filthy, barely cleaned between guests. We had toenail clippings, candy and garbage on the carpet upon arrival. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the doors are not sealed so the air comes in and keeps the room freezing cold.

The Reception by Mr. James at my check-in & the wonderful interaction & assistant of Mr. Curtis Johnson were awesome 👍👍......both of these guys made my stay a wonderful experience

Wonderful Christmas stay. Good breakfasts, clean rooms, ands friendly staff.

The property is great. We had a nice studio room with a full kitchen. The breakfasts were very good. Staff was friendly. Stayed there twice now. Would recommend.

Did not sleep at all because of the loud upstairs people being loud all night and stopped until 6am

The location, size of rooms, privacy

The upstairs neighbors were so loud all night and morning . It sounded like many people up there, banging , moving around furniture . Just such a horrible experience and my boyfriend and I didn’t sleep at all. I let front desk know and she said a manager will get back to you and no one ever called me back .

Great suite hotel, central location!

As always a great stay at this suite hotel. We love the spacious room with a fully equiped kitchen, the nice bathroom, the complimentary breakfast, the pool and the central location.

Why let guests pay an extra 10 dollars for parking? Nobody can come here without a car, there is enough parking space, so parking should be included in the price of the room.

We never stayed at a Residence Inn, so for the price we paid, it was amazing stay. It was close to lots of stores and restaurants. My partner and I have no complaints and would love to come stay again. If only, we stayed an extra day or two more. Thank you for the. experience.

The only concern which it didn't really bother us was the heavy foot traffic above us. We were on the 1st floor.

Overall, a great experience.

The location is very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurants are very good as well, we were happy with the in room dinning and the breakfast buffets. Overall, a great experience.

Overall I’m incredibly unimpressed by this hotel and my most recent stay.

Location and cleanliness

The fact that my room was accessed by, presumably, a member of the housekeeping staff despite the fact that I requested no servicing. Only one trash receptacle was emptied and then placed on the dining table in the kitchenette without a new liner. Lastly, and most troubling, my door was left open. I contacted the front desk and was told to expect a call from management about the situation. That call never came and so I believe that I was simply blown off. Will never stay at this hotel again or recommend this hotel in the future.

What i didn’t like was the price difference from where i booked to what was charged it was about a 7$ difference and I don’t know why.
