Lovely hotel but they should warn you about the noise if your room is out on the atrium balcony.

The hotel is spacious and all the staff were nice.

Unfortunately the stay was spoiled by the location of our room. 636. This was right outside the atrium and you could hear all the noise from the bar area below. Even though there was a sign asking people to respect quiet between 9pm - 7am the bar itself stayed open to gone 11pm. We could have asked to be moved but we were only there for two nights and only realised the noise level on our first night so didn’t seem worth the upheaval.

The hotel had a LGBTQ convention. The men were half naked everywhere and consumed the entire hotel lobby every night, noisy and all encompassing. It was so distracting and unappealing. The manager should have contained these convention guess so that they did not literally take over the entire hotel. Or at least warn other guess so that other guess had the choice to stay elsewhere if these guess were their priority. It made the stay very unpleasant.

The noise of the trains did not allow us to rest accurately.

The property has a nice location, closer to interesting sites like Reunion Tower, ...

The hotel needs to improve small but impacting things in the customers: bottles of water in the rooms, ...they charged us two days of breakfast when these benefits were included in the package. 52 usd for valet parking is insane.

Relaxing and rejuvinating.

Expensive but had a great time.

Hearing the train all night due to location, but they did provide earplugs. Slept much better the second night using the ear plugs.

Nice clean, and modern room in a very modern hotel. Touch on the expensive side.

Room was comfortable, and modern with a great view out from the city. Location is ok, but a fair walk from the city sights. I thought the room was expensive considering the facilities available.

I would not stay at this location again.

Room was clean. Beds were nice.

No close parking available. Valet was “full” for two days. Closet lot to hotel was full. Walked with an injury and a young child a half mile from the farthest lot at midnight. The food offerings from downstair’s Starbuck’s were subpar at best. This hotel butts up to the train depot they do not mention during booking.

Good hotel. Ok location. Breakfast fantastic.

Room view was amazing overlooking the city however it backed onto the railway line which was noisy. This should be mentioned when you book a room with a city view

The pool area was closed for the first two days we were there. The lady who checked us in didn’t give us information re breakdpfast but the other receptionists were very helpful

Bug infestation derailed my experience, otherwise stay was decent

View was nice, room was spacious and comfortable, room service was delicious. The customer service agent I talked to after my stay was helpful.

There was some kind of insect infestation and I saw two of the same large bugs at different times during my stay, and my coworker on the same floor also found one as well. I called front desk to take care of it but waited for a while before anyone showed up and had to deal with it myself. Separate issue, I asked for an itemized receipt when I checked out and provided my email address to the staff, but it never arrived; I had to file a separate request. When I got my receipt I saw I was charged for two rooms and had to file a claim to adjust the price.

Great hotel for family as could bring in food without restrictions, have breakfast in room (cereal, milk, tea as had fridge and coffee/tea maker) - so handy especially if kids are picky.

Bathroom lavatory has no counter space to stage toiletries. The only mirror available with sufficient lighting to assist with applying makeup is in the bathroom. Television system is too complicated for simply watching regular programs.
