普通

部屋が広く、電子レンジと冷蔵庫があったこと。

一階のロビーなどが工事中のため、駐車場から入らなければならず、また騒音がうるさかった。また、朝食はサラダなどの野菜が一切なく、炭水化物ばかりで栄養が偏っているため、朝食はあまり利用しなかった。

Staff was good. Breakfast was adequate.

Many crickets in the room were not addressed or discounted for. This was a big stressed in the evening when trying to sleep!

It was nice overall but I'm not sure I'd return until renovations are complete.

The room was spacious and had great light!

It was under construction so it was hard to find the alternative entrance to the building, the security attendants weren't kind and hospitable, and my sheets had stains on them at check-in.

Never Again!!!

I was unable to stay at hotel because they would only take a physical card in which I did not have because I was traveling with my husband and they would not take my husband card either. We parked in the garage while attempting to check in and a tow company was called to move our car despite a sign saying unloading area. Not to mention limited parking and construction.

The hotel has beautiful decorations. The breakfast costumer services were kind and helpful.

The bedroom was amazing,huge, clean and luxury. The hotel is near most of the attractions.

There is no food varieties for muslim. Also we were without water from 8am until 3pm. No parking in the hotel, and the valid parking was so expensive.

Aufenthalt von Samstag bis Donnerstag, nur 1x housekeeping. Pool permanent geschlossen. Die Hälfte der Fitnessgeräte defekt und außer Betrieb. Sehr unappetitliches Frühstück. Sehr dreckige Zimmer und 0 Schallisolierung. Weder nach innen noch nach außen.

Schönes Hotel für Sightseeing zu Fuß.

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, das Bad war neu renoviert. Man kann sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Beim Frühstück gibt es nur Einweggeschirr und nicht ausreichend Tische. Die Qualität ist verbesserungswürdig.

A very clean room with a nice view. The bed was really comfortable!

The breakfast was pretty poor - would not recommend it. The room I had was a good one, but I’m not sure if it was worth the price tag.

スタッフは親切、部屋は広くて清掃OK。シャワーの水の出と湯加減調整、水捌け、トイレの流れも問題なし。

宿泊費が高い。値段の割には朝食メニューが少ない。スクランブルエッグ、ウインナーなど肉系以外はシリアル数種類、パン(ベーグル、マフィン、イングリッシュマフィン等)、果物(リンゴ、バナナ等)、ヨーグルト、飲物くらい。

Nice hotel and spacious rooms.

The rooms were really big and well maintained. With a fridge and microwave it made it easy to prepare food when we needed to.

The location was in easy walking distance of some of the attractions but there were not as many restaurants close by. Location was not ideal for walking around but close to the freeway when we hired a car and wanted to get out of the city.

Good location, clean rooms, hotel staff was nice and courteous, beds were comfortable, and good room size. Breakfast was ok

Valet Parking, was unnecessary and not efficient. The employees were very courteous, but I think is better and faster to just park by yourself in front of the hotel. The room layout was strange, with the bathroom sink just in front of the beds, and when you turn on the super bright light to use the sink, it bothers the persons trying to sleep.

This is our go to hotel for downtown Dallas!

This is the second time we have stayed in this location. We love how centrally located it has been for the places in Dallas we are going.

I wish their breakfast went a little later - perhaps until 10 rather than 9. After a late night with kids it was hard to get them motivated and to breakfast before they stooped serving.

Overall, it was good.

It was nice, clean and the staff was friendly.

Parking sucks. You either park in a lot that is a block away for a decent price or you valet at a ridiculously over price charge. Also, I thought I had booked connecting rooms, according to the filters I had put in my search. I requested that if they weren't connecting to at very least be next door or across the hall. Rooms were down the hall and around a cornerfrom each other. It's not a huge deal, but not what I was expecting.

I would def stay at a different hotel.

Property was good however they don’t tell you parking is close by they just have a drive through and you have to park valet

The valet staff was horrible. Making you wait 45 min for your car.

Very restful but rewarding.

Breakfast was excellent and always on time and ready. Oatmeal already prepared was very unique but superb.

Would not be right to complain about anything, even Darius, our valet was excellent and very helpful with information.

Everyone and everything from check in to check out was great! Highly recommend!!

The room was very nice and clean and comfy! The breakfast selections were great and delish! The location was great as well! The young lady that checked us in was very kind, welcoming and informative!

Loved it all!! There was nothing not to like!!

It is downtown and many homeless people hang around the hotel.

Pros: room size, comfortable bed, location

Cons: no meat at breakfast and limited options, construction caused a lot of debris and dirt, non-working elevator, no hair dryer (and disgruntled staff when trying to secure one), extremely slow drain in the tub (disgusting!)
