The Valet and Guest Services Staff were terrific. Downtown convenience. Wall to wall windows in our room. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. Floor plan excellent for our needs.
No luggage carts available at check in. No luggage racks in room to open suitcase on. Had to use the floor. Was checked into an un made room and had to move all belongings to a different room on a different floor.

Convenient, clean lots of space
Very loud area and walls/windows seem to have no sound proofing.

Location of the hotel is great. Staff is friendly
They had overbooked the hotel and I was moved next door to the Hampton Inn. Hotel rooms have mold causing extremely irritating physical symptoms.

Spacious and comfortable room that was well designed and laid out. Seemed newly remodeled and very modern. Full kitchen, bar, L shaped sofa with working tables and ottoman, desk and lamp at window, king bed and nightstands with lights, dressing area with large mirror and light over wide dresser opposite full length closet. Bathroom had huge walk in shower with shower head at opposite end of faucet handle. Nice toiletries. Large counter space. This would be great place for extended stay or with kids. There is well lit paid parking lot behind hotel. Free hot breakfast is great for most people. This was a great location for being a tourist. We were able to walk to Sixth Floor/JFK museum and Dallas Art Museum. Many great restaurants all within waking distance. Felt safe.even at night with a few homeless around. Difficult to navigate one way streets and traffic, plus parking is challenging and expensive so it was great to park at hotel and just walk everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again.
Note same building is shared by AC Hotel and Residence Inn. AC hotel has first floor lobby and a number of lower floors in building then Residence Inn has its lobby and breakfast in second floor with it's hotel rooms on upper floors.
Elevators slow and challenging to use. You have to tap your floor on digital pad outside elevator and it tells you which elevator to use. Sometimes it works and other times we waited long time and nothing ever came so we had to try again.
Only gluten free option for breakfast was GF bread, fresh fruit, and yogurt. I wish they considered other options even Cheerios.
Website gave wrong amount for valet. It is now $45 per night! (We opted for lot behind hotel for half the price)

The shower fixture was loose and made it challenging to use. Also, I was thankful to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, but it was VERY difficult to read the labels! Green lettering on the gray bottle is a very poor combination.

We stayed 2 nights here as a family booking 2 rooms. One had 2 queen beds in one room and the other a large double bed. The rooms all had a kitchen area, were large and well appointed. We arrived in Dallas on a weekend and booked here as central and good facilities and walking distance to several things and as needed a hotel so could drop our bags off as arrived early. Hotel let us have the one room early as ready to put bags in which was a great help.
Breakfast was really good with mix of things including cereals, cooked breakfast, waffle maker, yogurts, toast, cakes and fresh fruit salad, Had indoor swimming pool but no time to use!
The hotel is great but at the upper end of our budget as found Dallas the most expensive Texan city we visited on our stay.
Was all good-only comment is I booked 2 rooms -one in advance and decided on additional room for my son 3 days before we went to Dallas rather than him share with us and actual cost was a good £10 more than the estimated cost on Booking.com even in the space of 3 days presumably due to the exchange rate?
Stayed in that really cold snap with snow on one morning so didn't get to see all the things we wanted to see but thats not hotels fault!

breakfast was great & the rooms were super. Room design was great.
parking is very expensive, the bar closed almost an hour earlier than advertised (on a Friday!) & the door for our bathroom was broken

Place was spotless, staff super helpful and kind (Dean who checked me in was so welcoming, professional and friendly). Breakfast was great too!
My only gripe was that the internet TV did not work for the duration of my stay, despite an employee being sent up to fix it.

La ubicación esta muy cerca del outlet grapevines, muy cercano al aeropuerto. Cuentan con shuttle de acercamiento, que se debe coordinar llamando previamente. La habitación es muy amplia, y el desayuno es muy completo.

Size and location was excellent
Great weekend adventure with my nephew fantastic location easy walk to the JFK memorial , quick ride to Deep Ellum, 25 mins to AT&T Stadium. I really can’t say there isn’t anything that I didn’t like however my receptionist wasn’t as welcoming as I would expect from front desk personnel. Coming from the hospitality and travel industry myself my expectations on customer service is quite high however everyone else I encountered were super friendly and helpful so it doesn’t take down my impression of this property but if addressed would certainly add value.

Hotel was easy to access and there was cheaper parking only one block away. Breakfast was ample.

The breakfast was good and apetizing. A good selection of food, Maybe it was missing bakedbeans because we're used to English breakfast. However we really recommend this place.
The food at the lobby was not as expected, For example, we took a burger and some other small bites, and we found out that the burger wasn't served with potato fries (the normal french fries), and one of the bar tender was in a bit of a hassle when he served us and while we were paying.
The hotel should offer free parking, or at least a discount on parking if the visitor decides to park in one of the nearby parkings (the one at the back of the block for example). Valet parking is about 45 dollars, and compared to the money we paid to stay at the hotel, parking charge is etremly high.

I thought the breakfast was totally adequate.
Other thoughts: In Question !, under Who did you travel with, you said to check all that applied, yet when I tried to check more than one answer, you undid my previous answer.
I loved that I was upgraded to a room with a separate bedroom. Loved it!!!
I liked that I could turn on all the lights that I wanted, just by turning off the master switch at the door.
I loved the ice cube maker in the fridge.
See my comment (above) about my answer to question 1.
It wasn't clear whether the coffee in the room would have been charged extra, so I didn't make any coffee. If it had been clear that the coffee was gratis, that would have been nice.
One afternoon a security guard at the door, first told me I didn't belong there, then later when I tried coming in again, followed me into the elevator to the Resident Inn's reception area (2nd floor). He kept questioning that I should be there at all. It was scary and rude. If the staff hadn't been so nice and understanding of my negative feelings, I would have made sure that I not use your hotel again. However, the staff WAS very nice about it, so I will probably use your hotel again.

The suite was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely awesome. Everyone working was so nice and helpful, I commend your crew.
It is not clear anywhere advertised, that there is no free parking. The valet parking is listed as available at a cost. However, we had to go behind the building, pay a expensive parking lot fee that took our spending money( the parking lot was SHADY), then we had to walk and carry our bags 1 block in 108° weather. We are over 50, this was a horrible part of the experience.

Breakfast was fabulous. A very nice assortment. Enough variety for everyone.
After my 5 day stay was complete and I went to complain about receiving no housekeeping, I spoke with the on duty manager, whose name was "Sesey", she was ridiculously rude and unhelpful. The only thing she could tell me was "you have to call down and request it each day." Unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone at the front desk.I tried in the mornings and in the evenings. I was here on business and not in the hotel during the day. At one point, I found a piece of metal sticking out of one of the outlets. At breakfast, I reported it to the gentleman at the desk. That day, when we returned to the room, our beds were made. I didn't request room service, but they did it that one day. Repeatedly, I caught the housekeeper in the hall and requested towels and coffee.
One night, we heard gun shots from outside. We were on the 11th floor and all night long listened to the cars racing and trying to see who had the loudest music. Even the windows vibrated from the loud activities on the street.

The air conditioning in the room stopped working my last night there, temperature was 80 degrees and it was uncomfortable

I loved the location and the ease of using the elevators to get to our room. There is a Starbucks very close to the hotel so that was very nice to use in the morning. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We loved using the kitchen. The breakfast area was large and had alot of food opitions.
The elevator can become very crowded on the weekends. The Parking is so expensive at this hotel, but the staff were very kind and got our car very quickly.

I liked the breakfast and the gym they had because no one would go in it.
The staff literally ignored me trying to get into my room AND ignored me trying to pay by looking at another guest and waiting for them to hand a card 😠. Very unprofessional
