Great staff

The location of the hotel is perfect for someone visiting Atlanta. It is central to all other neighborhoods and easy to find. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room also had a nice view.
When arriving to the hotel I found out that it is $40 a day to park your car with the hotels parking. no valet for this price either. This was not properly disclosed to me when booking. only after I was locked in to the hotel I found this out. I also specifically reserved a King bed because I was sharing the room with my spouse and we got a full bed.... When inspecting the room the window sills were very dirty with hair dust and other dirt clogging them. The bathroom was equally not clean. When lifting the toilet seat I found a brown stain.

Location was perfect for watching a play at the The Fox.
Bathrooms are small.

Great location, service and nice decor.
The tiny bathroom was unacceptable, and I’m very surprised the layout meets building codes and passed inspection. Also, the beds need more covering…a duvet or blankets. The basic Dish network cable seems archaic for 2023 and needs an update.

Ótima localização.

I loved the art in the room and the staff friendliness.
I didn't like that my permit to park didn't work multiple times, the wifi was slow so I had to remove my device from it, the bathroom is tiny, no full length mirrors, and the ultimate thing was the hot water going out and recieving no notice at all. I had to call and they literally knew and had an awful alternative.

Location, décor
Size of the bathroom was extremely small.
Grab and go charges were insanely overpriced. $21 for a water and 2 bottles Dublin iced coffee drinks.
I was here during Atlanta pride. I ordered food from the restaurant and was told I couldn’t enjoy it at the tables outside because those were $100 to rent for the pride parade. Other chairs were $25 each despite having stayed at the hotel.

Great location.
Rooms are very small. Hotel Front Desk acting manager was not accommodating at all. I was not told that the parking pass needed to be turned in at a certain time - and was charged an additional day for parking that was not needed. There was a random hotel dinner charged to my card when we only ate dinner once. Request an itemized hotel bill. I asked that one be sent to me and had to call back to ask why I hadn’t received it only to find out that the front desk manager Michael Rieschman entered a random made up email upon checking me in!
They need a new manager and better trained staff

The style was great and it was very comfortable
The breakfast was LUDICROUSLY priced and there was zero seasoning on it. Not even salt. They also charge far too much for parking and didn't tell me about the historic fee. They just charged it.

Perfect location, close to the metro station and to several good restaurants and bars. The room was cosy and clean.
The noise from the street may be very loud at night since there is a theater closeby.

central location
the parking structure was horrific. No security. Poorly lit. A car had its window smashed and robbed during my stay

Clean, good location, staff friendly.
Avoid Louby fridge/vendor, very overpriced!

Service was quick and courteous. Rooms were unique. Bed was comfortable. Location was great!
The bathroom was extremely small. It was functional except that the faucet in the sink appeared to be misaligned, which caused the water to squirt out of the sink if the water pressure was turned up, even a bit.
