Great service, mediocre food
Scrambled eggs and bagel were both cold, the bacon cooked so crisp it was nearly dust.

Close to airport
Difficult to find parking due to using the same parking area for people that want parking only, I had to park along the curb. Hotel needs some serious remodeling updates. Noise A/C falling apart, old carpet and furniture. Kind of disappointing being a Holiday inn.

Breakfast was good. Bacon was crispy!
Only one drink on complementary breakfast. Would havve liked orange juice and milk.

Airport shuttle. Pay to park long term
Getting a bit run-down looking. Just a standard motel.

absolutely nothing
I don’t post comments frequently but this time I have no other option, worse hotel I’ve ever been. It’s very old, dirty and not-well taken care of. Even there wasn’t any towels in the rooms when I checked, clear symptom people didn’t care. guest rooms are very old, it need an urgent reno. Additionally the best things at hotel commonly is people but I can’t say the same thing about this one. I’m not staying again.

Hidden fees: there was a $10/night charge for parking, not made clear at booking or check-in. The room I booked was supposed to include breakfast, but when I ate breakfast at the hotel, the server brought me a bill, even though I'd handed her my voucher. The cost of breakfast ($19, are you kidding) was then added to my room bill. It took several requests to have this charge refunded. The policy for "free" breakfast should be made very clear at booking and at check-in, and perhaps explained to the breakfast waitstaff (who were otherwise totally nice, they just didn't seem to know about the voucher system). I felt scammed.

Nice, friendly staff, even during the busy holiday weekend. There is a full coffee bar in the lobby. The parking lot is paid access only and patrolled by a security guard. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet room
Small room, heater too loud and does not have an automatic function, the outside lights from somewhere were flickering off/on, shower tile had a couple hairs stuck to the tile wall.

close to airport
1) no parking (day 1 and day 2). We have to park by the curb in front of hotel parking space. 2) room keys not working when we check in , 2 day night the room keys not working again. 3)shower drain clogged, told the hotel staff but it was ignored. I was told by staff that I will be charged for one night only, but it was for 2 nights .

near PDX with shuttle and available during snow storm when roads were icy and driving not possible

The bed was super comfortable and room was warm considering I had spent a night at the cold airport stuck in the snow. The staff at the reception were awesome and the shuttle bus drivers (all 4 I experienced) were kind, considerate and professional. Wish I knew their names.
The restaurant staff!! They were so rude AND racist! No other way to put it. Seemed they were forced to work especially the bald guy with a beard who was verbally rude and in his actions throwing trays and making so much noise just because I asked for cutlery to eat!

close to where we needed to be. it was pretty quiet, nice lobby and downstairs area, staff was very friendly.
not the motels fault but was jam packed full of teenagers for some sport activity so swimming pool was constantly full of rambunctious kids and did not feel comfortable taking preschooler in. also next morning buffet breakfast ran out of food. and no resturant food available. also had to pay extra to park car in motel parking lot.
