Filthy

The shower was unusable. Full of hair. The side of the bed closest to the wall was covered in what looked like vomit. Didn't see it until checkout day. Pillows were the size of couch pillows.

Not clean. Charged me for late checkout when I checked out an hour early.

I would stay here again.

Breakfast was very nice. There wasn’t anything else you could ask for. Breakfast area was always kept up and clean. The room was nice. One thing, it was a handicapped room but there were no handrails. Also the shower splashed out on the floor making it a slipping hazard. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet. I wanted to get in the pool but it was too cool. I got in the whirlpool instead.

Overall, Nice Stay but "Pushy Housekeeping"

The lady working the desk let me check in 30 minutes early so that was greatly appreciated.

The Hot Tub was "Out of Order" and housekeeping girl was pushy to get me out of my room so she could clean even though it was only 11:30am and checkout was Noon. I was actually using the bathroom when I heard noises outside. I came out and she pretended that she thought I checked out already and the Red Bull I had just opened was thrown away and keycards were taken. If I had my wallet out there I would have caused trouble for that girl.

Overall the stay wasn’t worth the price.

Location was great

The fact that housekeeping didn’t remove the hair from the previous guest, brought clean towels but didn’t clean.

Nice staff , old crappy rooms . Way overpriced for the rooms.

The staff were nice and helpful.

It was very outdated and the rooms were lacking maintenance. The price for the stay way too height for the quality of the rooms.

Very good

Staff were helpful when I arrived at 4 am. They met me quickly at the airport.

In the morning, I requested yogurt, which I thought was reasonable considering how late I arrived.

Great room, no airport noise.

We weren't sure how it would be noise wise with the airport so close. Noise was no issue but from our room we were able to see the planes landing. Breakfast was awesome and had hot food options. The room was very spacious.

The walls in our room could have been wiped down better. There was stuff on them that we didn't know what it was. Room A/C was super powered so it would be hot when it wasn't running but freezing when it was.

It was a very busy weekend and we had a comfortable stay.

The bed was good but the pillows were to small! ): The air/heat did not work at all in our room. We are comfortable with at least a low fan working when we are sleeping

That the heater/air conditioner did not work at all. Someone should have checked to make sure it was in working order before it was rented out for the night!!

Location to the airport

The porcelain was coming off of the tub and it was rusty. Dogs are allowed in the rooms and there were stains all over the carpet.

Our room could stand to be remodeled. Bathroom has seen better days. We were supposed to have 2 queen size beds but i believe they were fulls.

Overall stay was good, as usual. Ideal location for my needs.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional and they always have meals on Christmas Day.

The room was nice, except the bathtub had a constant drip and looked like it was due for a renovation. Some of the tub looked like it had chipped and was old and stained.

Nice staff, rooms not totally cleaned

The room was spacious - it had a couch along with a king bed. The hotel was quiet and the staff was nice.

The room seemed like it hadn’t been fully cleaned. The were notes from the last guest on the night stand, some food on the walls, etc.

hot tub jets didn’t work only 3 pushed out water, other than that everything was great
