Nebenan nettes mexikanisches Restaurant.
Frühstücksangebot zwar grds.gut, jedoch leider keinerlei Abwechslung (kein Rührei/Bacon).

Breakfast didn’t have many option.

Breakfast could have been better

I loved the location and the rooms. It was conveniently located in a safe and beautiful area of town. The gated parking area that was included in the price was a major plus and the main reason I chose this hotel over others. The building is old but was redone and felt safe.
Some areas were under construction. Nothing major just replacing carpet and stuff. The elevator was old and a little sketchy. There is a continental breakfast but I would only very loosely describe it as such. There were things like bagels and yogurt but I have definitely seen better breakfast options at a hotel. However, I was grateful to have something free to eat.

Charming small hotel. Cute boutique hotel with nice rooms . Convient to the street car. We parked our car upon check in and didn't move it until we left. Rode the street car or walked. Are at the Superior grill twice. Wonderful Mexican food and margaritas. Overall we had a great time and nice stay.
Elevator seemed a little old but the stairs weren't bad so we just used them. Wish there was a pool but overall nice hotel and will definitely stay again.

Location was great with lovely outdoor area
Rooms were outdated and pretty small. continental breakfast was included but limited selection and not very good

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Water pressure was low. Thin walls so you could hear everything in the next room.

We were only 15 minutes away from anything we wanted to do. Hotel offered continental breakfast(Cereal, muffins, bagels, etc) Restaurant next door had good food and drinks. Rooms were very comfortable. Lobby had a bowl of fruit and water available for free all the time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.
We had an issue with our toilet and reported before we left for our daily outing. Returned to it not being taken care of. We called again to the desk and within 10 minutes was fixed and we were comped complimentary drinks for next door at the restaurant. Thought this was nice since that usually doesn’t happen when issue in the room from other places have stayed.

I loved that it was right on the trolley line. breakfast was great! the room was neat and clean!
the view out our window of the roof below kinda sucked but I guess that can’t be helped.

staff was really nice and helped us with informations about the city. the hotel is also in a good location near to the “tram”.
the a/c was really noisy and the bathtub could be updated but overall a really good hotel!

We stayed there for 7 days, perfect experience.

location was nice. I just think it could be so much more as a boutique hotel for the price we paid. felt like a motel and I’ve stayed in cheaper motels that were nicer

The hotel was very quaint and lovely. The rooms were bright and clean. Loved the lobby area and front outside sitting area. Breakfast was bagels, hard boiled eggs, coffee, cereal, muffins. Fine for me. Trolly was right in front of the hotel. $3 for an all day pass to Bourbon Street and French Quarter. I loved being out of French Quarter. Garden District is so pretty. I'd stay there again. Very easy to get an Uber and right next door to a fabulous restaurant.

Gated lock. Friendly staff.
Old and in serious need of maintenance and updating (rooms). AC went out in room. (Had to move second night) Floor was uneven and carpet was damp from leaking AC. Carpet needs to be replaced throughout facility.
