Adequate

Location is convenient for the office however the hotel is quite old and repairs are needed.

Hotel was over sold, when I went to check in at 2am because of delayed flights my room had been sold and the receptionist tried to place me in a room with my colleague even though we had booked two separate rooms. After a considerable wait I was sent to the hotel next door where they managed to secure a room, not ideal after a very long day of travelling.

Is it really clean?!

Looked upscale and it had a bar and grill.

Low water pressure, sink slow to drain, and found a clump of hair on the side of the shower. Made me wonder how clean the room really was. I was disgusted by finding the hair.

Excellent location for the Jacksonville area. Plenty to do and eat nearby.

The staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help if you needed it. From the time you checked in to the time you left, they were very attentive.

The continental breakfast could’ve been a bit better. When booking the room, I booked the continental breakfast included. It still wasn’t free, but it was easier than having to pay for breakfast. The offerings offered a little bit to be desired. I have stayed at some more properties offering free breakfast, and the selection was much greater. I think it would be a better option. If when booking the room, it came with a buffet breakfast, not just a continental breakfast.

I would probably stay thrtr

The linen smelled clean and fresh. The room overall was cleaned well. The location is good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the parking. My mother is handicap and I had to let her out and and find a park far from the front. Also there wasn't a microwave on the room and the fridge didn't get cold.

Expecting more

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. Beautiful bathroom

Pool was closed. I slipped in the tub, the cleaning person didn't thoroughly rinse the cleaning solution. There was a long strain of hair on my pillow. I was moved because someone left their dog unattended and he barked for hours.

Clean room but not worth the price.

Great area and the room was decently clean. The pool was nice but small.

Kind of expensive for a two night stay and disappointed that the “included breakfast” was not included and was an additional 7 to 15 dollars.

cleaning staff didn’t pick up dishes and trash from room service outside the hotel room entrances in the hallways for the couple nights we were there, other than that very clean hotel.

Children of the Corn

Pretty Hotel, but not as clean as it should be

Our stay was not pleasing. I booked the room so my partner and I could have a belated Valentine's weekend, the kids had a sitter, and we had some alone time. Upon arrival to the hotel, it was absolutely FLOODED with kids there for a hockey tournament. And while obviously that's not the hotels fault they booked, there should have been some kind of notice at booking there was an event like that. We purposely got a hotel away from downtown and the beach for the quiet. Additionally, the hotel did absolutely nothing about the kids running and causing a scene everywhere. Kids had hockey nets set up and we're playing in the hallways, in the lobby... We tried to use the gym facility and kids were running around throwing balls. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the indoor pool, kids running and splashing everywhere. Another reason- restaurant and bar! Selling point right? Nope. Kids running around there too. Don't try to use the office space computers- Minecraft tournaments 24hrs. So okay, we though we'd avoid the kids and order room service. Paid about 60$. My eggs were so salty I couldn't eat them. They advertised fresh fruit with the cereal option, but forgot that so I paid 8$ for a single cup of frosted flakes. They advertised 3 pancakes, the order only came with two. Additionally when we arrived at 4 when our check in was supposed to be 3, our room still wasn't ready. So they got us into a room, that honestly may not have been finished being cleaned. There was candy on the ground by the chair. We only had one towel. And there were no trash bags in any of the trash containers. And top of that a housekeeper apparently didn't know we were int he room and just used their key and came straight in our room, no knock or anything. This wasn't a cheap room, honestly we deserve our money back.

Thin walls

Nice location and nice room.

The walls are thin. The people in the next room were loud and coughing and sneezing all night. Couldn't get rest.

Location was great. Front desk staff was great.

I check in the wee hours of the morning. I was tired and my bathroom wasn’t clean. There was hair on the back of the door like someone blow dried this hair. The next cleaning it was still there it just seemed like the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned.

I could hear people above us from the vent in the bathroom which was really weird.
