Very disappointed in the Hotel desk clerk.

location

The older gentleman at the desk was very short and curt. My husband was admitted through the ER at Mayo Hospital. I called to confirm my reservation and to explain my situation. I also state that I had ordered DoorDash and gave my name. The gentleman at the desk refused to allow the driver to leave my food. He agreed when I spoke with him on the phone. When I asked he said "The driver did not speak English." I was out 60 and had to reorder from another place that was still open, as it was very late. Respectfully, Robin Bradshaw

A comfortable stay to visit the Mayo Clinic

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was near the Mayo Clinic as we had an appointment. The bed was comfortable.

It was basic in its furnishings.

Location and nice facility

Room had a locked adjoining door and was noisy because of the people in the adjoining room. Probably would not have been noisy if there had been a wall instead of door between the rooms.

Convenience for Mayo Clinic Appointment

That is was walking distance for my daughters early am appointment at Mayo

The cost is high for one night considering it’s on property for a major hospital that treats major illnesses

A clean base for your Mayoclinic visits.

If you are coming to the Mayoclinic, this place could not be more worth it. I cannot describe how simple, helpful and pleasant it was to use this as a base for my visits.

The decor is a bit outdated.

Won’t be back. Outdated

The toilet had poop on it from someone’s butt. Wasn’t cleaned properly. Bathroom was extremely small. Not for small children unless you want to get water everywhere. And we told them it would be 5 people staying, however we only got towels for 3

It was a pleasant but over expensive stay

I thought everyone was very nice

I don’t think the price per night was worth the money. I feel like it was above and beyond over priced. The pool was nice however it wasn’t cleaned and it appeared that the grounds had some sort of mold. I would come back because if the convenience to the hospital.

We won't be coming back. It is a pity because the staff were very good.

Breakfast and food in general was good, with great staff.

The room was clean, but dreary and old, there was a stale smell and i had to spray air freshener all around the room we were shocked that the walls were so thin we could hear everything going on in the next room we had to call the front desk to come up and ask the people to turn the Television sound down that was 12.30 am and they were banging draws and doors the next night at 4.30,am also the shower was very weak and the main door had at least 1inch or more gap at the bottom.

Just two glasses

It was very comfortable and super convenient.

The glasses in our room had lip marks all over them. They had not changed out, just rinsed. I had no other complaints. However, this one got me. When this stay was medical related.

The location was very convenient since we were not familiar with the area and had to be at Mayo.

Only had breakfast one time and it was good. We also enjoyed dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The couch in the room was not that comfortable. We couldn't open the sliding glass door. There were signs of wear and tear and dust noticed in the room.
