Great family stay, conveniently located to get everywhere we needed!

Two of the staff members were so friendly and helpful! These young ladies greeted us with big smiles every time! There was a good selection for breakfast, and the room was cleaned daily.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay

Not so great stay

Location

Fire Alarm kept going most of the night, was a nightmare. First time Property Alarm started at around 12:15 PM midnight me/wife had to carry our shaken up crying 3 kids all the way down from 8th floor to 1st floor and upon getting to know that it was false alarm by around 1:30 AM, we had to walk up all 8 floors since elevator was off due to alarm. Alarm kept going on & off most of the night until around 3 AM, Alarm was so loud that my kids are still complaining of ear & head aches. On top of all that bathroom was dirty. Hotel management has no shame at all, after all inconvenience to customers they just lie that manager will give a call to discuss refund, no one called….

Everything is great!

Half and half for coffee……..I don’t like those little creamers, they are oil……not dairy. I’m not a health nut, but I won’t use them. I asked for half and half one day and was told not today. Oh well.

Very Comfy - did get a good nights sleep !!

Room was nice, Everything worked.

Not using hotels frequently in the past couple years, we were surprised that the cleaning staff only comes around every four days instead of daily. Another 'stupid' room layout thing is to hide the outlets so you have to move furniture to access them and very few of them there are. Why does a couple need a king bed ?? It must be so that it makes it harder to navigate around the walls when getting out of bed in the night.

Here to watch granddaughter play volleyball at Villanova.

Good location. Bed comfortable. Had a bathtub. Had two beds instead of one queen.

Drain in bathtub didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t function properly. When AC running, temp was comfortable. When AC off, becomes stuffy in room.

Excellent property. Excellent value. Excellent staff.

Very comfortable, very clean, very polished. After we left the hotel, we realized we’d left some things in our room. Elizabeth was VERY helpful locating our items and getting them to us. I highly recommend SpringHill Suites.

WE did not feel it was worth the money.

Size of the room

Shower had a broker soap dispenser. Toilet was not clean. It had stains in it before we used it. Light on the side of the bed in the bedroom did not work.

Convenient, but disappointing considering it’s a Marriott property.

The property was close to the lacrosse fields we were scheduled to play at for the weekend

Property seemed old and run down. Stains on the carpeting, as well as the pull out mattress. The mattress on the pull out was significantly stained and very thin.

Great stay for concert goers!

Great location outside of Philly! We were attending a concert at the Wells Fargo center & it was easy to get to from the hotel. There were some good restaurants nearby & places to shop.

The pool was closed unfortunately.

All in all okay, just way over priced for what it is. I travel a lot and I know what over priced is

check in was a breeze, it was relatively close to where I was going.

the hotel was very expensive but many other places were booked. At over $200 a night I think the room could have had the ceiling in the bathroom repaired...

the bed was not comfortable, there was no toothbrush, not enough soap for three people, and my sheets was not changed every day, which is unacceptable when you travel with children.

An ok stay for a short trip

The location was great! We came for a quick weekend trip for Legoland and it was so close to that area. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Just your typical hotel breakfast! We were really looking forward to swimming in the pool, but it is extremely small and it was so busy all the time. We only swam once and ended up leaving after about 30 minutes because of how many people there were.

The rooms truly need renovated. The carpets were gross, with random stains all over them. Our curtains were broken so it let in unwanted light in the morning. When we first got there my husband took a shower and the body wash and shampoo/ conditioner that are attached to the shower were completely empty. Which made me worry about the actual cleaning of the room. My daughter tried to sleep on the pull out couch, but when we opened it up there were crumbs all over the mattress. We ended up just putting sheets on the couch and she slept on it instead of the pull out part, because of how dirty it was.

the location wasn’t bad. short distance to shopping and multiple food choices

we picked this hotel for the pool. we didn’t know the pool was closed until getting to the property. we checked in anyways because I didn’t have time to worry about finding another hotel. The room was small, but beds were comfy. Being a former Marriott Executive Housekeeper , I was let down by the housekeeping standards at the hotel. bathroom door was dirty, bathroom wall as were dirty, multiple large dark stained on the floor. breakfast was also lackluster. runny eggs, thick thick gravy, dry flavorless biscuits. coffee barely hot, juices watered down. definitely not worth half what we paid for the night.

I plan to stay there again

Staff was extremely helpful. I have a lot of allergies and breathing problems and they were very accommodating. They had a pure room that was not booked and they allowed me to have it.

Breakfast was not as good as hoped.
