location, comfortable bed, big shower, free storage of luggages before/after departure

Breakfast dining facilities like a school canteen and food quality poor. Coffee & water machines in reception always run out. They have a fabulous roof top bar that even if not serving drinks could have been open to let customers enjoy the views.

The air conditioner was noisy but we turned it off and the room was fine afterwards. The shower curtain was unexpectedly short and the water on the curtain during showers ended up on the floor.

Nice staying in NYC

The position of the hotel is very good, central in Manhattan, close to Penn station and to the Subway. It is easy to reach the place from JFK airport.

Cleaning was not perfect, the room was a bit dusty: moreover, only two elevators were available (shared between the guests and the staff), so it often took some time to use them

They need to learn how to be more sustainable. They have one time use plastic mugs and plates everywhere and even the breakfast items are served the same way

La ubicacion del hotel cerca a una estacion de metro y al Madisson Square Garden

Durante la estadia nadie limpio la habitacion, el coctel en el bar del ultimo piso era mas hielo que coctel por 48 dolares, los hielos mas costosos de NY, en el desayuno no habia huevos, ni cubiertos, ni fruta.... desayune pan con yogurt. en mi segundo dia decidi no desayunar en el hotel.... Terrible

Great Location, but Elevator Issues

The location was great, and the room was a good size with a nice view. The staff was polite and helped with the issues.

However, one of the elevators wasn't working, so there were long waits, and another working elevator made an annoying noise that you could hear from the room every few minutes. The staff did help by replacing my room, but the new room had sticky spots on the carpet, which felt a little disgusting and not clean enough. At this point, I gave up and just stayed in this room.

Pessimo hotel carente di manutenzione

Non è un 4 stelle, datato con moquette sporca e maleodorante, colazione insufficiente, neanche una fetta di limone per il the, 1 apparecchio elettrico su 2 era guasto per tutta la durata del soggiorno, la prima camera che ci hanno dato aveva l’acqua calda che non andava bene, una addetta alla reception e’ stata sgarbata, poi il manager della struttura ci ha si cambiato camera e promesso uno sconto tramite Booking di circa $200 ma lo sconto non è mai arrivato e sono passati 20 giorni e la struttura neanche risponde a Booking…. Il prezzo pagato è troppo alto per i servizi di un motel….una finestra guasta in chiusura non è stata riparata, sono venuti si ma poi la finestra non chiudeva a dovere

Una sicurezza!

Posizione super strategica. 15 min a piedi da time squere e 3/4 min per la stazione metro piu vicina. Colazione modesta!

Hanno solo 2 ascensori da 8 persone massimo e ben 23 piani con penso almeno una ventina di camere a piano.. Capite bene da soli che il riuscire a prendere l'ascensore diventa un impresa.. Ma levato questa piccolezza, tutto ok!

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr unpersönlich eingerichtet (Typ Bahnhofshalle), sehr laut und Teile des Angebots waren zeitweise nicht verfügbar.

Excellent location if travelling on trains. Pleasant, very professional and helpful staff.

Room and amenities clean and well presented, but a bit dated. Cost reflective of high costs of hotels in NY generally. Disappointed there was no tea/coffee facilities in room.

Ne sono successe abbastanza

La posizione, comoda di fronte a Penn Station. La grandezza della stanza, letto comodo, colazione abbastanza varia e inclusa nel prezzo.

Sicuramente c’è una non curanza del cliente in generale. La prima notte l’abbiamo passata in bianco perché il sistema di riscaldamento che era difettoso ogni ora faceva un rumore impossibile. Il giorno dopo ci cambiano stanza. L’ultima notte l’abbiamo passata completamente in bianco per un guasto (un tubo rotto al 17 piano che ha fatto colare l’acqua fino al piano terra) che non hanno saputo gestire , ci hanno fatto stare tutti nella hall fini alle 3 del mattino senza sapere cosa fare… noi il giorno dopo avevamo il volo di rientro ed eravamo distrutti. Inoltre non abbiamo nemmeno potuto fare colazione perché la sala era inagibile. E se ne sono altamente fregati e neanche ci hanno rimborsato il costo della notte, ripeto passata in bianco. Questo basta per rovinare il soggiorno.

We didn’t like the property at all , from the arrival to the minute we left , very disappointed

The list is big ! Very noisy lift so no sleep ! Bathroom run down , terrible breakfast! No coffee no orange juice , you have to ask and feel terrible to ask !!! 1 lift in 3 working ! Everyone was so annoyed , we got lock out of our room for two hours before a guy arrive to open the door lock and change batteries , really we are very simple people and don’t ask for much ! But our New York visit was shadow by it

Nous avions réservé (et payé!) 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. A notre arrivée, nous apprenons que notre réservation a tout simplement été annulée et qu’ils nous envoient dans un autre hôtel d’un standing nettement inférieur, sans compensation financière, et que pour 1 nuit. On nous dit qu’il est possible que l’on doive changer d’hôtel tous les soirs. 0 fiabilité. Cela a généré énormément de stress de ne pas savoir où nous allions dormir les nuits et cela a bouleversé notre organisation.

Buono, ci ritorneremmo e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo

In generale un buon soggiorno, lo risceglierei soprattutto per l’ottima posizione! Soggiornato in camera King al 16esimo piano con vista sul lato posteriore della struttura quindi silenziosa. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, letto molto comodo e bagno con ampia doccia. Colazione inclusa, per noi amanti del salato è stata soddisfacente. Il personale gentile e disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con la carta di credito e siamo stati messi a nostro agio, anzi, invitati a non preoccuparci e a goderci il soggiorno che una soluzione si sarebbe trovata. Pulizia della stanza a giorni alterni, per noi assolutamente accettabile.

L’unico neo è stato in alcuni giorni/orari la lentezza degli ascensori, essendocene uno dei tre guasto a volte l’attesa è stata davvero troppo lunga

Very disappointed! This does not qualify as a Marriott hotel!

Breakfast was adequate , staff was friendly!

Floors in bedroom not vacuumed! No maid service…. we requested some face clothes and toilet paper at the front desk but never received any! This does not meet Mr. Bill Marriott expectations!
