The location was close to the event I was attending.
I paid for and upgraded high floor king room w/a pullout sofa but I got a regular king with no sofa.

Location, room size, bathroom size, overall friendly staff
elevator issues/very slow elevators, staff while kind were not very attentive, staff was chatty behind the Check-In line during a very busy time.
Check in was exceptionally long. Although this was a sold out evening at the hotel, based on their location this is a normal occurrence. It was disappointing that Check-In took 30 minutes, then another 10 minutes was spent waiting on the elevator. I appreciate the late evening manager who asked about the elevators. She appears to take it seriously. Also, one girl did provide waters to all waiting. I thought that was a kind act.

There was no breakfast.
No breakfast was bad. Elevators weren’t all working. The coffee shop was ridiculously overpriced

I didn't dine at the hotel as they are usually expensive. It was about a 20 minute walk to the town centre and most places didn't open till 11am. It depends on what you like but there was quite a few themed bars and restaurant's in the town. All of the big sporting venues were within walking distance. The Indi 500 track was only a 40 minute bus ride.
Most of the bars and restaurants closed at 11pm. A few were open later but you had to pay an entry fee.

I didn't like that they did not tell us we had to pay for parking.
We had paid for breakfast but didn't get to eat. Asks to have money reimbursed - they would not.

Breakfast was not free, no pool or spa at this location, disappointed me.

Distance to natatorium
No microwave in room…

So close to TCU Amphitheater
Quite hotel and nice dark room for sleeping!! 5⭐
The Holy Bible
And the Book of Mormons
In the room! If ppl are reading these books they would bring their OWN BOOK!!
Hotels shouldn't have these in the rooms! Especially KNOWN pedophiles associated with these religions

Aww my goodness the view was phenomenal, I could watch the baseball game from my 14th floor as well as a concert going on at the amphitheater
Everything, was just so pleasant and laid back that will be the place I will be going to
4.2
The location across street from the start and finish of our race. Also the Eiteljorg, state museum and zoo.
No free breakfast. No microwave in the room. The outrageous cost of leaving our car there overnight.
4.2
Location was great! The room had an awesome view of the city. The hotel was connected to several hotels that led to the convention center. It was great!
A bottle of water cost $5

nice hotel, nice staff, close to all kinds of fun stuff
the parking situation. we really didn’t get an explanation upon checking in on how it worked and ended up paying a few times to leave (50 bucks each time. but we were charged on our bill for parking also (35 bucks). the scanner didn’t not always work to let us out.
4.2
room was decent
the price from booking was $232.83 with taxes included. when I got to the hotel they upped the price to $260.00. I also paid for parking only for it to be full and then head to go to another lot and pay more money to park
4.2
Staff was helpful and knew how to treat a customer. Front desk was exceptional. Hotel was very busy and they were cool, professional, and seemed happy to serve thier guests.
Food choices were a bit limited on site. Would have liked to treat my son to room service, which was not offered.
At $200 per night plus tax and fees, parking charge of $35 was a little hard to take. With food, this made for a day in the range of $350. This keeps me from enjoying the property as often as I may like to.

I appreciated that when the room was not ready they upgraded us to the SpringHill Suites room

I liked the bed.
I especially did not like having to pay 35.00 to park in the facility's parking garage. My gosh the room rate should have been enough. I didn't see anything that great to pay 410.00 total for one night. I will not be coming again.
4.2
Layout of the hotel is nice, the guys at the valet are nice
I didn't like the fact that they dont offer assistance with your bag..I called the front desk requested a cart and was told this is not a fully service hotel we don't do those things
