The stay was ok. Staff wonderful and very friendly.

The bathroom was spacious and the TV were great.

The room was very poorly laid out. The sofa bed was a single not a double. There was no view.

Friendly, Comfortable Stay Downtown

Room and bathroom were clean and well-supplied. Good TV options, tech plug ins and storage. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices and was delicious. Fitness room has good equipment. Hotel is accessible to many sites and attractions downtown.

The bed was too firm. The fitness room is nicely equipped but didn't have sanitizing supplies.

Hotel is in a great location and has great staff but there are some things to improve on for price.

The staff was very very nice and the hotel parking was nice that they provided a parking garage.

The pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and had stains, the lotion in our bathroom that is on the sink had been opened and used before we touched it, the a/c was terrible and could not cool the room, the space in the room once the sofa bed was pulled out was very limited blocking acess to the door and bathroom, and the breakfast was some of the worst we have had in our travels and did not even offer toast.

We were moved to the hotel next door for the same price. Would have been nice to be made aware ahead of time, but it all worked out. The location was perfect for concert goers.

Hotel was clean and nice. Short walk to TCU Amphitheater made it a great location.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk was the only staff we interacted with during our stay but they were friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at TCU Amphitheater and appreciated being able to walk to the event.

When we went to leave, our room key would not work at the parking garage to let us out. It said invalid credentials or not enabled. So we had to call to have them let us out. Also finding the self parking and knowing that you had to go there was a bit confusing.

Was in town for a graduation, great location and was able to take in some historic sites.

The hotel is convenient for the Comic Con with easy access without walking on the street.

breakfast time was very busy but the staff seemed to keep up well with the demand.

I down graded the room when I arrived but the hotel would not adjust the rate because I didn't use the Marriot app to book the room.

Don't use the valet.

The staff and front desk was so kind. The room looked amazing and very clean.

The car service at night was very unorganized. The wait was over 30min to get our car, and then we had to flag down someone to park the car after waiting in front of the hotel for 45min. We was told that the 3 hotels share the car service people and was very very sorry for the inconvenience but for 45$ for a night.

great location for visiting a new city!

Sydney at the front reception check in had a huge welcoming smile and was very helpful! she was awesome!!!

garage got crowded and my room key would not let me leave the garage - thankfully a staff member was behind me in his car and got me out
