It was ok

It was closest to everything else

It wasn’t clean, half of the things were broken and it smelled like cigarette smoke in our non smoking room

Exceptional

The breakfast was very good. Clean rooms. The one guy working on night shift was very nice but was overworked due to shortage of employees. The one lady wouldn't let us check in at 2:10. She made us wait until 3:00.

The pool wasn't open and that was one of the reasons we picked that hotel. They said it was closed due to maintenance but probably due to lack of employees.

Never stay here again.

The location.

The rooms were clean on time, key cards wouldn’t work. Breakfast seemed half ass, barley anything. The pool wasn’t working.

The hotel had a strong chlorine, musty smell to it. The continental breakfast was not tasty!

I made the mistake of not putting the number of children on my booking. The hotel staff was very friendly and understanding! I really appreciated that.

Pet fee is sky high

We enjoyed our stay. Would have liked a dip in a hot tub (not one on site), but otherwise it was a nice stay.

The pet fee is twice as high as any other hotels. $50.00 pet fee! I can see having $25 fee and $25 incidental pet fee but to be refunded at check out.

Nice warm pool.

Nice warm pool. Didn't require getting used to a cold temperature. Late hours/adult swim time. Fridge worked/not frosted over. Lamps had outlets to allow charging etc. Culligan water dispenser in the lobby. Snack/drinks/frozen food available in the lobby. Hot breakfast. Has a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. 42" tv.

WiFi didn't work too well this time (kept getting redirected). Could have been the OS (older windows). This room had the sink/mirror in the bathroom, which is less convenient when multiple people are trying to get ready at the same time. Chair in room was fairly narrow.

probably shouldn’t be a first choice…

nothing special.

i called the property to make sure they had electric vehicle chargers as stated on booking. she assured me that they did. drive all the way, checked in only to find out they have regular outlets outside for engine block heaters. the guy at the front desk was not helpful and my whole stay was ruined because they didn’t know what they were talking about.

Disappointed

The price and maybe that is the problem

No air conditioning was left on in my room. It was as hot as Satan's buttcrack in there when I arrived and had to wait on it to cool down for 2 hours. My room was dirty. The bathroom and sink and stuff wasn't clean there was no soap to wash my hands, I had to go all the way back to the front desk and ask for it.

I love this hotel!

I like because it is clean hotel,quiet, nice staff. Also very good locations,good breakfast in clean dining room I have never have problem with people from other room,(all the people who sleep in this hotel was quite and respectfully. Thank you Wingate Hotel!!

It served the purpose, but will look for something else next time.

The breakfast was hohum, not what I would expect. The bathroom needs work, signs of mood appearing, sink was rusty.

Breakfast was the bare minimum, no microwave to warm anything in, cofffee, eggs were empty. Staff was rude when I asked for more.
