We were in Minot for a short get away , were were from Canada .

The location was great . The back door was not . We actually had to put a rock at the back door so we could get in during the day. The Handel was broken off . We were there for 3 nights . It still wasn’t fixed when we left . 2 doors were in that bad shape.

The time of the breakfast ending could have been extended . Many people including us would have liked an extra hour onto the closing time .

Disappointing

Location was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The outside of the property was dirty upon arriving and was hoping the inside was clean. The inside halls floors and walls were dirty. The room wasn’t the worse although there was pill on the floor and the bathroom floor was dirty. No housekeeping anywhere to be found we were there 3 nights and no garbages were emptied and when calling to get them emptied there was an answering machine that would pick up. But clean towels were left in the room so we know someone was in there.

Would stay again without a doubt.

The hotel is very close to the Dakota Square mall. The room was large. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles in addition to other options). There were real coffee mugs available for morning coffee instead of just paper cups. And the coffee was excellent! The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. Very good value for the money.

There is no elevator but it is only five steps up to the second floor and the hotel staff carried our bags upstairs for us which was very helpful and much appreciated. It would have been nice to have a small table and a couple of chairs to sit on in the room rather than just one large armchair. Hotel is non-smoking but there was smoke smell near lower level ice machine.

I came to get check in followed instruction to either call or ring door bells and no one came I waited 45 minutes

unique yet disappointing

I liked one guy upon check in

the hot tub was broken they were understaffed we asked for towels and employee laughed in our face so I got my own I am 99 percent sure I left a prescription in the room took me 4 days to get a hold of the manger who called once and never again. we tried to upgrade our room I asked to hold one until morning when I could move some money around and they sold all the suites still would like to know if someone found my medication as I had to spend another $50 on a new one

Pleasant

Breakfast was impressive with real plates.

No elevator made getting large amount of items from the car to the room and back. Ground floor rooms accessible through outside doors, otherwise stairs are the only way to get to most of the rooms and the front desk/breakfast area.

Worst hotel ever!!!! $200 WASTED!!!!!!

Revel Hotel Minot - SureStay Collection by Best Western Sat, Feb 25 – Sun, Feb 26 Horrible!!!! Zero hot water, zero heat in the room, dirty bathroom, mold in the shower, live music right outside our room until midnight, our "poolside room" was actually down the hall from the pool, horrible customer service that wouldn't remedy any of the problems, water stains on ceiling tiles, guest casting for TV didn't work. I need a full refund, that was a terrible experience that was supposed to be my husband and myself "romantic" weekend away. The no hot water and no heat was the worst part. Talked to front desk 3 times and nothing was fixed. I think a 100% refund is well deserved!!!

Adequate for the price I paid.

One morning the eggs had a green tinge to them, which was a bit unappealing. Stuck with waffles after that. Coffee in the lobby was good.

Please don't allow an employee in a hoody (pulled over his head) be the person who greets people checking in! Made me wonder what kind of hotel it was! Personally, I don't prefer Starbucks coffee in the room. There was remodeling work going on, which wasn't the greatest thing to have happening when trying to impress a bunch of KMOT Ag Expo vendors.
