Nice sized suite. Very comfy bed, Looked like a very nice exercise room which I normally use after a long day on the road but arrived later into Minot due to storms so didnt have a chance to try it out.
Its an extended stay faciility in an oilfield area so furniture showed a bit of wear and tear. Believe me I've seen much worse in Williston.

Clean, lots of plug ins
We were in 309 and the bed needs to be replaced, there were no shampoo or conditioner, tv was in a weird place.

Long check in process. Room fairly noisy.

Location from train station
Beds are bad I told them we were coming in by train and we were running very late. It was near midnight when we got in they had already charge our credit card for a no show. It took for ever to get the clerk to get us a room.

Staff extremely friendly; thermostatically-controlled heat and a/c; outside seating and eating area appeared quite nice even though it poured rain for the first half of my visit and so I never availed myself of it; blackout shades were great.
Shade in seating room would not stay open; bathroom mirror pretty well smeared and not cleaned; and for heaven's sake, put a list of TV channels in the room so every time I turn on the TV I don't have to sit and watch the guide painfully slowly scroll through the entire list of channels (many of which carry no detail whatsoever.) Your more than mediocre "grab and go" breakfast is the primary reason that I might look elsewhere next time, because that meant I was spending $10 or more for breakfast every morning at the Kroll Diner right across the street - that money could be applied to a room elsewhere that offers a good free breakfast and, for my needs, a more convenient location. It would be helpful if the property worked something out with the Kroll Diner to get a discount or something there for hotel guests, since you don't provide a decent free breakfast. Stash an extra blanket in the closet. Property kind of showing its age in spots (i.e., room carpets.)

We ended up snowed in from a blizzard & the staff were amazing! I felt taken care of and at home. They made sure I had my room extended & even made a store trip for me. The GM (Amber) was fantastic. She deserves a raise!
They do need new flooring in the rooms but I believe they are working on it.

We left this property and had to look for another hotel with availability due to the bed having not been changed and the room being dirty.
The sheets had hair all in them and there were also hairs on the pillows. Bed was clearly not changed. Room was dirty

Both of the staff members that l dealt with at the front desk were exceptional and very accommodating. The design of the hotel and location are good.
The hotel looks like it is not old, but it has not been well cared for. Simple repairs don't appear to be a concern and cleaning is all but absent. I have never stayed in a hotel where l didn't dare walk on the carpet in socks or barefoot, but that was the case here.
I have an extreme sensitivity to some chemicals and most manufactured fragrances and get very ill from exposure to them. This makes it difficult to stay in hotels or other people's homes sometimes. My experience has been that these products are used by those that want to cover up bad smells, and not actually get things clean. This appears to be the case at this hotel and l had to leave before my second night. I cleaned the room the best l could and I slept with a mask the night l stayed and left after that. I went to a different hotel in Minot and had no issues at all. This could be a very good hotel if it was taken care of. Very sad to see that it is in such a state.

it was nice and staff was super friendly
there was a dirty dish in microwave when I checked in and toilet seat was dirty

The room was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for both me and my husband to get ready.
There were no cups for drinks and no plates or silverware for eating. I felt like if you're going to have a dishwasher and a stove in your sweet you should at least provide dishes and silverware.

Very clean, lots of space. Staff was nice.
Breakfast closed early, nothing to drink! Vending machine didn’t work, bar was always closed, coffee was gone. Nothing else at the location that provided beverages!

fairly clean, large room, had a kitchen, pricing was good
found some hair on the towels, but mostly was upset over the carts for hauling your luggage. both were in bad shape and made it a struggle to transport my stuff to my room.
