Don't Stay Here...

The lady at the front desk was nice, but everything else was horrible.

Everything! It was horrible. Parking lot was so small and had HUGE trucks taking up most of the parking lot. There was people sitting by the back door smoking, blocking the doors to get in, we even saw people doing/using illegal substances outside the back door. The room was awful! It smelt and felt like they dumped a full bottle of cleaner on the room floor, it was sticky to walk on. Stains on the beds and chair. I had to wipe CLUMPS of what appeared to be dried up toilet paper off the wall in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom leaked all over the floor.

Cheap but not worth it

Location and proximity to airport, its cheap but still not worth it

The place is completely run down, it needs everything fixed, stayed in a nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke.

Afternoon/evening staff was friendly

Morning staff was very rude, breakfast/coffee was a joke- dried out bread and cereal only. Toilet leaked all over floor keeping bathroom floor wet, tub wouldn't divert to shower only could use bath. Room floor was dirty and had dried blood drops on it and entire motel smelled musty.

Priced just right, comfortable and quite!

I had the coffee and enjoyed My breakfast. The room was cold so I jacked the heat, toasty warm and comfy! ;) Great location being I come from the North and my route was clear sailing.

The breakfast was ok for a c ontinental breakfast.

The beds could have been a bit softer. But we were most concerned that we did not get maid service and had to go to the front desk to get enough towels the first day we arrived and the 2nd day they didn't come in at all and take our dirty towels and replace with clean ones. We again had to go to the fro t desk.

I got to the motel at 9:30ct they said that my card was declined which was not true. I then had to find another motel to stay at. The other motel had no problem with my card. I had called at 2:30pm ct and asked if it would be alright to check in after the concert they said no problem we have your reservation right here. I asked if they wanted my card so I could pay for it right away and they said no we are good to go. If this is how you treat customers I will be letting people know!!

not staying there again

Breakfast was appreciated. Tv and wifi was good. The younger staff were friendly.

My room was next to the main street where traffic kept running and roaring all night. People were in the hall talking after midnight. The older woman from India was grumpy even if a person was nice to her.

Stuck in the early 70s

It was cheap and close to the airport.

It is in desperate need of an update. The walls are paper thin, the bed is very old, no hot water and the showerhead was less than 5' high.

I reserved the room for 10 days and on the 8th day they basically kicked me out when the room keeper

cereal and toast was fine.

During the night I had bugs crawling around the bed and on me. I smashed one of them, put it into a tissue, and the manager called it nature. SORRY- it is a bug that bite me. I was not pleased.

parking was difficult. and our air conditioner did not work during the evening, and it was 102 degrees.

Disappointing

The breakfast was very disappointing. The beds were nice and comfortable, as were the pillows, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The room was dirty though, I found empty wrappers from the last guests and the bathroom was obviously not wiped down. The toilet also didn't seem to be fully attached to the wall. The hallway and stairwell leading to my room were pretty disgusting too... Looked like coffee was all over the walls.

The price wad good. Staff was friendly.

Could stand some updates. Some fresh fruit at breakfast would be great. Room didn't smell the greatest.
