The booking and check in process was fast and easy. The staff were very good at communicating and they were friendly and professional. The property was well kept and I felt very safe there.

Nothing was good about this hotel.
The parking was horrible. The person working the office indicated to move two dumpsters and park there. Also the toilet was not working in the room and was not offered another room because we did not let them know within 10 minutes of our arrival. So we left without even spending anytime in the room. The manager had a very dismissive look on her face and when we asked for our deposit back she said that it was only a hold and that she was not the cleaning crew so she could not release the 100.00 hold on our credit card. So we also asked for a credit on the room and she said no. There was no sense in arguing with irrational people.

Room was spacious. Price was decent, I guess.
Bugs in the room. It was VERY obvious that they do not thoroughly clean/inspect anything. Curtains/drapes were FILTHY and brown stains all over them. Homeless people everywhere, didn't feel very safe

The room did not look like the pictures at all. It smelled dirty and there were ants everywhere. The walls had scratched and hits all over

Quick access to the freeway and the AC got very cold and that’s it.
EVERYTHING! We got swindled by false advertisement and pictures on the site. This hotel is straight trash. To sum it up myself and guests named it “the trap house hotel”, because this definitely is a turn em’ and burn em’ hotel. The property had no towels, wash clothes, or hygiene products, because they apparently ran out. So four of us had two hand towels, 1 microscopic bar of soap, and 1 travel size toothpaste to share. Needless to say we didn’t shower, but luckily this was just a last minute overnight stay after some drinks and not too long of a drive home the next day. The room had no noise control so you heard everything. In order to get the door to lock it took every muscle in your body and it was still hit and miss. Your blanket is a sheet and welp don’t request anything thicker because it’s nonexistent. Lastly….or at least I’ll make it my last complaint…the receptionist didn’t bite her tongue that’s for sure…pretty much well not pretty much…she voiced how much of a joke that place (hotel) is and we won’t see her again because she was quitting at the end of her shift. Well she wasn’t there at checkout and the guy who was there was helpless and apparently didn’t talk sense there wasn’t as much of a peep out his mouth. Whatever he was watching on the phone was more important.
So WHY did we stay….SADLY I booked through a third party (didn’t realize it) and though it said it was just a hold on my card and refundable my card was charged the full cost and the receptionist told me it wasn’t refundable since I went through a third party. SO…we paid $550 to sleep in a”trap house hotel”. WE GOT SWINDLED! Never again. The positive outlook $550 not to drink and drive, no DUI, no potential fatalities.

It was walking distance from the convention center, Petco park, and the gas lamp district.
It was next to a freeway exit that’s noisy, and they had paper thin walls.
