Cómodo, cordial, limpio muy limpio.

Está muy limpio el personal es muy amable, la mujer que nos revivió muy cordial muy linda.

El cuarto de la alberca estaba un poco frío salía aire frío de los ductos de aire , al parecer se descompuso el sistema de calentamiento.

Overall, we had a good stay and would stay again.

The location was perfect for our visit with family. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices.

Breakfast needed to be refilled more often. We had to ask the desk to send someone to refill numerous items that had run out, two days in a row.

Good value and location.

Clean hotel and well maintained. Friendly staff.

Bathroom lighting was not sufficiently bright enough to see well enough to apply makeup.

Good value for money

This my favorite hotel after arriving on a transatlantic flight in Chicago before driving to my final destination. It is not fancy but highly functional, has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Even the classic American bathtub has been replaced by a walk-in shower.

Breakfast is marginal but to be expected for the price. If you like a big breakfast a nice restaurant is next door.

Not the typical place I would stay, and the reasons are obvious.

Better than expected, however, typical outdated run down Best Western.

Requested extra pillow as my wife fell and needed to prop up her arm. Was informed they didn’t have any extra to offer which seemed hard to believe. Bathroom tiles and grout in shower was pretty nasty.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good. Nice variety each day.

It was very dirty in our room. Walls had stains and cobwebs, behind the toilet was cut out and not repainted. The bathroom was so dark it was hard to see anything when showering.

Never again

First, I want to say that I never write reviews like this. I'm not going into all of it, just the weirdest aspects. The establishment had an overwhelming smell of mothballs and maybe pine cleaner (?) that hits your nose as you walk in. The linens also had an odd smell, my husband and I couldn't quite place. The lighting in the main room, bathroom and hallway was oddly insufficient. They, I'm sure accidentally, picked up my headband off the bathroom counter and put it in their laundry. It was a pricey one which I purchased because it was made so well. When I asked for it I next morning, I was told it had been thrown away. No kind of compensation offered. Honestly, I felt grossed out the whole time. Lesson learned, I'll never commit to a no cancellation situation again.

Disappointing

Location

Bathtub was not clean and when I reported it to front desk all he had to say was house keeping wasn't there and they were booked full. I reserved 2 rooms, we were put on 2 different floors and I was overcharged by $120 more than quoted price on booking.com.

Excellent quality for reasonable price, not too far from O'Hare

This hotel is my favorite after a long transatlantic trip and arrival in Chicago, on my way to other destinations in the USA. Price/quality is excellent, rooms are large and clean with microwave and fridge. Personally I skip the breakfast as next door is a great family restaurant with excellent breakfast at a reasonable price.

Random calls to my room at 2 a.m. , broken gym, dirty blanket, popcorn under chair, pool needed cleaning, also maintenance got call to our room by someone for no reason and The coffee came out like sludge

Great stay. Will be staying again

Friendly and polite staff. Easy check in. Room was really clean. Housekeepers were so friendly as well.

The bed was kinda hard but not to the point to were I didn't sleep well so still a 9 out of 10.
