it was a nice stay. i would stay again in the future when I need some rest and relaxation away from my neighborhood. i e

i like the location of the property , close to shopping and restaurants . i like the quiet environment, it was a restful weekend.

i didn’t like some of the sheets and towels had some hairs on it , I thought the house keeping could use some more effort.

Like the Hilton Garden, but Plainview one is better

We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns. We like it for the on site breakfast restaurant. Dog friendly and has a pool and jacuzzi.

The room was a bit dated . Carpeting was Buckling. The jacuzzi wasn’t working . There was a problem with the breakfast included in my roommate but they fixed it. The Plainview Hilton garden is nicer With more to offer in the market place snacks etc. larger selection of food options for breakfast at Plainview.

It was a nice hotel with spacious rooms

It was very clean and close to my destination. The staff was very friendly.

You had to pay for breakfast. I thought it was included with the price of the hotel stay. We stayed at another hotel last month and was given a full hot breakfast without having to pay for it.

location

booked a double bed room and upon check in they informed me that they don’t have any. Then stuck us in a room that someone had smoked in. The property had the window open and a fan going to try and get the smell out. Not good!

That there is a charge of $ 200 being held on my card..The room was paid in full. No,to the room but a $100 fee was held for the incident fee...Never had this experience at any other Hilton I stayed at..If my money is not replaced back on the card bank filing fraud charges.

Comfortable bed - everything else terrible - would not recommend to anyone

The only good thing about this hotel was the location to local stores and highways.

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in and highly disappointed in Hilton for putting their name on this hotel. The lobby stunk like $2 airport cologne, our floor (3) smelled like smoke and marijuana the whole time, and the noise level was ridiculous. The slamming of doors was nonstop. The elevators have doors that look like they have not been cleaned in years, and our bathroom had rust and grime around the bottom spout. Breakfast was ridiculously priced, and most Hiltons offer coffee throughout the day - not here. Many of the other people staying in the hotel were of a caliber that I would not suggest you stay here with families. Hilton in the hood.

We enjoyed my stay. It was only 10 minutes from the west bury theatre which was a plus. We were there for a concert. The

very clean. the room was a good size with the King size bed. The first thing I said when I walked in was room smelled amazing. It’s very close to shopping plaza and places to eat. very convenient location.

Disappointing

Staff was very accommodating letting the wedding guests all hang out all night in the lobby

Our “non smoking “ hallway reeked of smoke and our toilet plus multiple other guest we know of toilets never worked
