Good Location and value for money

Location is very good and easy to access subway, Had a corner room which was clean and quiet. Room was good size - I had read people say rooms were small but I think the size was fine and in line with other hotels in area. The Bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean and great location.

Location is perfect if you like to stay in the center of Manhattan. You are minutes away from subway, Penn station, Times Square…..It looks like a really safe neighborhood. The rooms are very clean, so a great experience. They let us keep the luggage in the hotel till late fr free, as our flight was late at night. If I go back I will stay here.

It is not really a big thing for us, but you can hear the noise from the street. NYPD station in front of the hotel, so a lot of sirens….but not a big deal.

Did the trick whilst expensive!

Location was good, very close to Penn Station.

We had to move rooms mid way through our stay due to the noise of the lifts (directly behind our beds) and a sink blocking issue.

Great location and newly renovated.

Great location. Requested adjoining rooms and got it. There’s a cold filtered water tap down near the gym which is super handy to fill up our water bottles. The laundry is down stairs too which is cheap and handy. Good sized rooms which have been renovated this year.

It annoyed me when you have adjoining rooms that the internal doors always close then lock. We have to use something to leave them open but then that taken up loads of room. Maybe a little door stopper.

A wonderful gem not far from Penn Statiion.

I loved how absolutely clean it was. The room was very clean. The fitness room was magnificently clean. I complimented the staff. The view out the window wasn’t anything to write home about but, hey, it’s in the middle of the city! It wasn’t far from Penn Station. There was a crime scene on the street when we arrived but a police officer escorted us to the entrance. I never felt like we were in danger.

It would have been hard to see the entrance had the officer not escorted us there. It was late at night and the walk would have been a little lonely without the crime scene addition.

Would recommend to friends.

Centrally located, close to Penn Station and access to JFK by train. It was easy to walk to most of the sights we wanted to visit and good choice of restaurants close by.

Prima hotel

Personeel was altijd beschikbaar en vriendelijk. Buiten het hotel is een zitgedeelte met stoelen tafels waar we even kunnen rusten of een ontbijtje van de foodtruck kunnen nuttigen. De locatie was prima, maar we voelden ons 's-avonds laat in de buurt minder veilig dan in Chinatown, waar we ook een paar nachten verbleven.

De badkamerdeur piepte, wat storend is als je met 4 personen in de kamer sliep. 's-nachts maak je je kamergenoten dan wakker.

Amazing!!!!

Not a far walk from Times Square but far enough to have some relaxation! 1.2 miles from Chelsea market. Central location!!! Clean!!!!!!! Safe!!!!!!! Great proximity from 34th Penn station. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!

Not bad

Room was clean, had a slightly early check in stay all around was pretty nice.

Had our bags checked and bag check lost them and we almost missed our train home, 3 large bags they couldn’t find.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja huone perussiisti. Huoneen koko oli aika pieni, mutta niin suurissa kaupungeissa yleensä on. Ympäristössä oli hyvin ruoka- ja aamuaispaikkoja tarjolla.

Vesipullon täyttöauromaatusta kylmempää vettä. Suihkuun myös käsisuihku.

We enjoyed our stay there.

Close to shops, places of interest, and there is a coffee shop (with good coffee and pastries) at the G/F with very friendly staff (Carlos and Tenzin) - passionate with their work and very accommodating

No free bottled water at the room, no free toothbrush/toothpaste which is now basic amongst hotels with the rates that you have. Although when I asked for bottled water from the counter, the lady gave me 2 (sorry was not able to get her name)

Nice hotel, recommended

Very good location, a few cafes are around a corner. Friendly staff, including those guys in the lobby cafe (ask Carlos, if you want proper European style black coffee :))

A family room for 4 adults was a bit small, but this is Manhattan, so we used to it in 2-3 days :)

Very good hotel, I’ll definitely be back if I’ll travel to NY again

The location and the spacious room, unlike other hotels in NY, this hotel has big rooms.

The air-conditioner!! Very loud and makes a lot of noise ☹️

Curti o quarto!

Gostei muito da localização, fácil acesso a várias estações de metrô, café, etc. O preço é salgado, mas está tudo caro mesmo em Nova York. O quarto era ótimo, me senti muito bem lá. Recepção razoável. Porém é Nova York... não espere muita educação em lugar nenhum. No geral gostei muito do quarto em si e da localização!

Não tive nenhum ponto a reclamar, no geral. Só o preço q achei muito alto.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable as a female traveling alone.

Went to see cirque show ,, that was on Sunday,, Friday and Saturday toured the city and hit other places we wanted to se

It was literally walking distance to the attractions we needed to see for the 4 day getaway

Our Home Away From Home When We're in New York!!

This is our home away from home when we are in New York!! We stayed here a few times last year and the service, warmth and overall service is exceptional as always (Shirley and Christina are real gems!!) And if you're concerned about your safety, don't be...there is a police station right across the street.
