Breakfast, the front desk staff was friendly, the hotel was generally cleanly
Parking was a pain, and the nearest train station is across the bridge
4.3
Liked the quirky and quaint style of the hotel. Great facilities and staff.
The bed was small and uncomfortable. There wasn’t much iinsilation from noise.
4.3
I was a bit disappointed that the rooftop was closed for weddings for a significant amount of time as that was one of the reasons we booked as wanted to enjoy some outdoor space

We really enjoyed our stay - very friendly stuff and the way to the subway is a 10min walk over the Pulaski bridge. We can recommend the breakfast at least for some days… it gets a bit monotonous. Our room was spacious and well equipped.
The only critical point is that we booked a room for 4 people - 2 sleeping on a sofa bed. We had to transform the sofa by our own, that was not prepared by the hotel. The sleeping quality on the sofa is really bad. We stayed for 8 nights and switched every night to equally distribute the backpain.

The breakfast was very good, people working there are wonderful
The room was NOT clean, we want to use the laundry room and it was so dirty, we couldn’t wash our clothes. And sorry but Parkin is a pain … there’s NO parking space we have to spend hours trying to find a place to park.
4.3
The check in process was easy, the room was just what I expected - well designed, comfortable, with a cool balcony and nice bathroom - and the staff is wonderful.
The neighborhood is borderline industrial, and the one way streets can be annoying.
4.3

The room was lovely, the location was excellent, and we had incredible views of the Manhattan skyline. There was a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk. Also, the room was very comfortable and tons of space for a family with.2 young kids.

This hotel is a SCAM. Upon arrival, I was notified the room I had booked was not available and that they would move me to another room. They moved us to a small, one bedroom room (we were two) which was extremely noisy (they have parties going on and no sound isolation). They told us we would gets refund. They haven't given us the refund that was promised and are not answering phone or emails. Apart from that, rooms are smelly and have no natural light. There is a loud disco that doesn't let you sleep. Avoid this place of liars.

Great location! Love the decor! Staff was super! My new BFF is Dave—the best bartender in the universe—hands down.

Good location, near from Manhattan

Very comfortable stay, great breakfast and well connected by subway
Cleaning was a little lacking and further from Brooklyn downtown than we realised

A pretty big room. Tea and coffee, coffee maker and a kettle!
Shower head permanently mounted to the wall.
I didn't feel like the room was clean enough.
The refrigerator stinks so badly!!!
Too much decorations in room
No master light switch

We loved the hotel vibe. Interior design was very cool. The rooms were the cleanest I’ve seen. Bathrooms were modern and the beds were comfy. Great staff too! John at check-in gave us a room that met our requests. Check out staff was great too!
The noise from the rooftop party until almost midnight. The check out staff compted us breakfast which we appreciated.

Lovely hotel - eclectic design and well appointed
nothing to say here

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms. Comfortable room with lovely decor. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to subway.
We arrived on a Saturday for a three night stay. There was a wedding party going on above our room and it was very noisy until almost midnight. Not sure why the hotel is booking these types of events when it disrupts all of the other guests. Luckily it was quiet on Sunday and Monday night.

This location was so clean and everything looked even better than the pictures

Just around the corner from St. Vitus, the perfect location for an overnight stay after the show. Great style/decor and the board games/romance novel (ha) in the room were a pleasant surprise. Really comfortable bed!
4.3
Great design. Nice gym and sauna.
Intense smell in the room (a detergent?). Cold bathroom.
4.3
The hardwood floors in the rooms! Carpeting is DISGUSTING so this is SO AWESOME. The decor was great too.
the weather lol!

The evening staff was lovely
The morning staff was very standoffish not very welcoming. It’s odd when staff just stares at you every time you walk by. I would totally recommend people bring their own toilet paper. Besides that it was wonderful and the evening staff really made up for the morning staff.

Terrible parking

This room exceeded my expectations! The staff was very welcoming, the room was beautiful and very clean, well stocked, and my view was gorgeous! This was a short staycation for me and I felt so relaxed and peaceful, and the amenities were as described. Also, the location was awesome as there is a great variety of restaurants and lounges if I wanted to venture out.
I wish I had a microwave in the room to heat up my food. I did however have a mini refrigerator which was great, but I was unable to heat up any food that I brought in.
