Friendly staff. Super dirty room.

The staff was super friendly.

The hotel room was super dirty. The walls near the coffee maker were covered, and the blankets/sheets on our bed were super dirty. It doesn't look like the floors near the bed or walls have been vacuumed forever. Just super dirty and gross.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con cucina e abbiamo scoperto che non c'erano a disposizione le pentole per cucinare o i piatti. Quando abbiamo chiesto ci hanno detto che potevamo affittare un kit. é costato meno andare a comprare una pentola al supermercato. C'era un tavolo per mangiare, ma solo una sedia. Il piano cottura era solo in parte utilizzabile. La pulizia può essere migliorata. I mobili sono datati, l'hotel necessita una bella ristrutturazione

Great breakfast....really the only thing that made the stay OK.

The hallway smelled of smoke and the rooms were musty. The hot tub was dingy with chipping paint. Unfortunately, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Dirty room, not worth the money

Room was very dirty! Fridge, cupboards, drawers still had things left from the previous person, bathroom was very dirty. Felt like we were staying in a used dirty room. :(

The facility served its purpose for what it charged.

Hot tub was not working. But Harry (Hari?), the evening clerk was very kind and arranged for a room with a jetted at no extra charge. Older facility, but maintained decent and clean. Breakfast was bare minimum. At least you wouldn't starve to death in an apocalypse.

Very good

The room had a kitchenette which I was not aware of and was very roomy. There was ample space to get around. It was quite clean. We were able to have our dog.

Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. The freezer had leftover ice cream from the previous tenant. When we requested a plug for the tub we were told we would have one in 5-10min. It was never delivered.

The “hot” food choice at breakfast was very basic. Sausages and scrambled eggs were the only option and both were more tepid than hot. The room had some complimentary coffee, but no tea.

Clean and modern place. Friendly staff, safe environment. Room well equipped. Good Wifi, ok breakfast. Location is a couple of miles outside of the center of Vernal and away from restaurants and shops, but it takes only a few minutes to get there. Great for a short stay.

Convenient location. The beds are comfortable. It's quiet at night. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs, English muffins and gravy.

The basic maintenance really needs to improve. A few examples: the door knob of the bathroom was broken; the toilet paper holder was broken; the toilet was not cleaned thoroughly.

Only good thing was staff was friendly.

Dirty Smells like wet cigarettes through whole building No parking ALL rooms are smoking even when you say non-smoking, they just charge a $150 fee Not kid friendly on second and third floors, no screens on windows Cigarettes in hallways and elevators Outdated pool and hot tub not clean Beds uncomfortable No room service

overall ok for price/short stay

close to activity we were a part of, enjoyed kitchenette, breakfast availability at 6am

no working spa, housekeeping slow-returned to room around 5pm after a long day hoping for a shower and didn’t have fresh towels to shower with, room could have used a dusting, beds/mattress were hard

Reserve with caution. Best to reserve through their website, rather than Booking.com.

I didn't stay at the site. I thought the reservation was canceled, but I was charged anyway as a no-show. Dispute is currently in progress.

I believe that either Booking.com and/or Best Western should have sent a reminder or welcome email as an alert that they were expecting me. As it turned out, I had no idea the reservation was still active, until my credit card was charged. This is such a common courtesy that other hotels I stay at provide. Although I don't absolve myself of all blame over this, I'm left feeling like Best Western took advantage of the situation at my expense. The hotel said they cannot help on reservations done through Booking.com (best to reserve directly through their website). For now I'm working directly with Best Western. If a more equitable settlement is reached, I'll come back to update my review.
