Great location

The location is excellent, the rooftop bar has amazing view and good offer, the staff is mostly kind (except one young guy who is grumpy most of the time), beds are extra comfortable

Rooms are extremely small - I was expecting a small room, but it is really uncomfortably small if you stay more than a night or two.

The design of the hotel is fantastic, especially the main entrance/lounge. Whoever arranged all the artwork and ornaments should be congratulated

Nothing, the staff were excellent too. They answered any questions we had, with helpful advice and a smile which is always appreciated as well

Excellente situation géographique. Chambre bien aménagée. Personnel présent et attentionné.

Excellent stay in the Theater District

This is in great proximity to the Theater District. We took in a show during our stay, which was an easy walk. There is a great variety of shopping and dining nearby. Everything else is reachable by subway, which is right outside the door. The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff is friendly.

I had a towel rack with a loose set screw that would detach from the wall. One of the lamps was set to some sort of night light mode, that required turning everything (AC included) off to extinguish. The door let in a lot of light from the hall from underneath. Minor problems. I still love the Citizen M brand. The food quality in NY has a little to learn from the location at TD Garden in Boston.

Location location location - perfect spot for all you’d want to do in New York. The roof top bar is a lovely way to unwind at night.

Cramped!

Rooms are absolutely tiny. Photos online don’t convey this well at all. Rooms aren’t suitable for more than 1 person to stay in.

Brilliant - will stay here again when we return!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect and a shout out to Roy who very kindly arranged a card and balloons for my partners birthday, which was the reason for our stay.

Localização excelente, quarto confortável, staff muito cordial. Água com e sem gás disponível gratuitamente na recepção. Cama excelente. Rooftop com bar ótimo para terminar a noite.

Ubicación excelente. Buena insonorización. Muy bien el desayuno , aunque quizás falte más variedad. Cama super cómoda.

Nice stay we would recommend it to friends

A hotel with a Modern design, in a perfect location next to Times Square! We felt save and it was quite clean!!

There were few misunderstandings about the breakfast ! We choose to pay for a petit breakfast, but the stuff didn’t really explained to us what’s included and every employee told us different things every morning

Είμαστε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά αν επισκεφτούμε μελλοντικά τη Νέα Υόρκη.

Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα πάντα! Πολύ ωραίος χώρος υποδοχής, πολύ ωραίο roof top bar με θέα. Συνεργάσιμο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Πολύ μικρά δωμάτια, κάτι που συνηθίζεται βέβαια στη νέα Υόρκη. Ασυνεννοησία στο πρωινό, στο οποίο ο κάθε υπάλληλος χρέωνε κάτι διαφορετικό και μας έλεγε άλλα πράγματα απ ότι οι συνάδελφοί του. Δεν είχαμε κλείσει πρωινό στην κράτηση του δωματίου, αλλά μας είχαν ενημερώσει ότι υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να παίρνουμε κάποια πράγματα από το πρωινό, πληρώνοντας τα εκείνη την ώρα.

New York una città sempre vibrante e piacevole da rivedere

Hotel in Manhattan situato in posizione strategica . A 200 metri si trova fermata metro della linea E che porta direttamente al Jfk. Struttura moderna, camera dotata di IPad con cui si può governare tutte le facilities della stessa. Colazione varia a buffet con amplia scelta sia di dolce sia di salato .

Camera di dimensioni adeguate se si è da soli : in due forse un po’ stretta . Per il resto tutto ok. Lo consiglio .

Je connaissais l'hôtel et j'y suis revenu. Chambre très petite, je le savais, mais très confortable, bien équipée et fonctionnelle, et très bien située

Certains aspects (joins de douche, robinetterie, portes de placards. ..) donnent des signes de faiblesse

The hotel is for single travelers. Rooms are not suited for more than one person. Period.

Room was ridiculously small. Not suited for two people. Food choices were very limited. Bar service on the roof was poor at best. Bartender had no sense of good service.

First, the checkin staff was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Downstairs bar/food service was also friendly. Roof bar staff was simply poor.
