Location was awesome because I was there to see baseball games and it was walking distance. Breakfast options were really nice! Plus the staff were very friendly and welcoming!
The lobby had a weird funky smell to it. The hot water did not exist at all. Then I couldn’t adjust the room temperature to a comfortable sleeping atmosphere.

Everything - the food was good and everyone was friendly
Nothing

Locatie, vriendelijke en servicegerichte medewerkers, kamer en sanitair heel gewoon maar prima en schoon.
Airco was niet per kamer in te stellen, daardoor voor mij iets te warm.

Nothing was never even able to check in. The front desk lady was rude and called her manager to cancel my booking while I was dealing with getting the credit card from my sister who was at the hospital with her son.
The front desk lady was rude, condescending and lied straight to my face and when I asked her to speak to her manager or the manager on duty she looked me in the face and said no you can just wait till 8am tomorrow to talk to one. The reason we were staying down in Denver is my nephew had an overnight inpatient appointment at Denver children's hospital and we had booked the room with my sister's card and everything was paid for. We already had the receipts in the confirmation and because it was booked under my name but paid with by her card, the front desk that he absolutely refused up to allow me to check in. Even when I explain that the reason we were here was there as a child in the hospital and that we had already had the confirmation and the payment was paid in full already. She still refused to allow me to check it and this is at 930 at night. And mind you I am 3 hours away from our hometown. She refused to cancel and she refused to refund.

Leaving!
The place look like it was abandoned it looks like they had just thrown furniture in the hotel room furniture was pulled out from the wall the floors were stained with spots and red spots all over the place it look like somebody was murdered in there the couch and the coffee table were old and used and soiled it was very plain and simple and not very comfortable to stay in there for $174 a night , But I’m assuming this is what you get when you stay at a hotel chain no self responsibility no self-care just random rooms and I was even supposed to have a free room upgrade which turned out to be from two queen beds rooms with my wife and my sister to one king bed and a pull out sofa with no extra sheets no towels no bar soaps to wash your hands only Gel in the shower We had to ask for all our own amenities although they were very happy to give them to us I feel that we should not still have to ask them for amenities for a king suite ,don’t you think we should’ve had everything ready for us when we had a free room upgrade . My king suite room was even upgraded because I’m a disabled veteran and a booking.com loyalist .

Nothing
Having a working HVAC system - that would be good. No kidding, it was 82 degrees in my room at 8pm. Guests were downstairs complaining and front desk said nothing could be done until next day. I could have used clean bathrooms, sockets that work in the room so to do work, hand sanitizer in the lobby was empty, and now the hotel has billed me for my cancelation while I have the messages documenting such cancelation.

Place is horrible.
A hotel fire would be an improvement

Couldn’t control AC in room. Had to pay 17 dollars to park near hotel.

NOTHING. Stay away from this place.
They were aware about a serious issue with the A/C and they didn't do anything about it, except pretending they didn't know (when in the end it turned out they knew and they also knew the day in which the maintenance service would come), and making fun of the clients (who were of course totally upset about finding a 40° room in the middle of the summer during a work trip, for a stay booked months in advance). They didn't provide any support to solve the issue, change room, or finding an alternative at another IGH hotel. They explicitly avoided to put me in touch with the manager when I asked. And when I called the booking.com customer service (who was also not helpful at all), the receptionist listened to them while coloring a Winny the Pooh drawing and keeping smiling, clearly not caring at all about the issue. Finally, they simply said they would have made me the huge favor of canceling the reservation without any additional fee (which was actually the very least they could do). Furthermore, the room the assigned me was very dirty, so in the end I am glad that the A/C was broken and I didn't have to stay there.

nothing really
service was TERRIBLE. I'm coming in late from a full day of delayed flights and the front desk attendant was very rude and not knowledgeable.
The alarm also went off in my room at 6am!! I got to the hotel around 1am and needed a good night of sleep - it was beyond frustrating that this was not turned off because

Good location
Staff did not accommodate early check in even though they were not crowded. Air conditioning was not working properly so room was warm when we finally got in.

Breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is no toaster for bread or bagels. You have to eat not toasted
Have a toaster and a different variety of food daily

Didn’t get to see the property as my reservation was cancelled by the person working at the front desk.
Person at the front desk was extremely rude.

The hotel was in a good location related to where I needed to get to for work.
The property has disabled the thermostat in the room so I called down and they said they'd adjust the temp for me (didn't ask how cold I wanted, just said they'd make it cooler). 10 mins later two guys show up with box fans letting me know I'll need these to cool the room down quickly. There was pretty badly unfinished wallpaper in one corner and damaged wall/wallpaper in the other corner where someone had been doing some construction and didn't repair the damage to the drywall. My room was never cleaned on any of the days (I only had the DND out the first day). The internet in the room didn't work because neither my name nor the fake name they gave me worked as the password. The walls are paper thin so flushing, showering and any loud banging or yelling was heard in my room pretty easily and pipe noises woke me up at least once a night every night. Also, the business center was down the entirety of my stay.

Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
The carpet in my room was fraid and torn. The bathroom sink didn't have a plug and I was worried something would fall into drain. The toilet did not always fully flush.

Super nice staff.
Cold room, couldn't really increase the temperature.

horrible !!!!
horrible!!! room was over 80 degrees and waited for someone to fix it for an hour, kids banging on the walls and yelling at night, and power was out in the am. still didn’t receive a refund. the guy at the front desk in the morning was soooo rude!!!! ugh fire him.

I liked how big the rooms were
There was a buzzing noice coming from in the room all through the night
3.5
A lot of plastic settings on the breakfast.

Beds were super comfortable….. water and cookies were plentiful in the lobby.
Location is a little far from the convention center, but not a bad walk. Rooms are smallish, which made the bathroom design a little weird. Toilets flush on the wall…. but the mechanism doesn’t work well.
3.5
their room are very small and bathroom is horrible small, no place for seat on loo

location was great, close to expo center
service was not great, had to continuously ask for clean cups, and coffee and towels and toilet paper
